I reached out regarding an issue with my Appia II, which is less than three years old. While I understand the warranty had expired, I wasn’t expecting free service—just some support for a high-end machine that cost a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. David, the representative I spoke with, was unhelpful and rude. I also tried to get in touch with Fabio, a senior contact for the company in the U.S., but he never returned my calls. While the machine itself performs well, the customer service is extremely poor. After this experience, I’ve discovered other brands that not only offer similar or better performance but also stand behind their products with excellent after-sales support. I recommend looking elsewhere.
