I ate here for the first time. The atmosphere was deadening compared to its surroundings. The service was slow but it seemed to be based on a lack luster kitchen. No food should take 40 minutes to cook and arrive cold that it needed a refire.
The management was atrocious. When trying to give this feedback to the manager she was rude in receiving, her energy was that she didn't want to be there and it showed throughout the restaurant.
I will never return to eat here. The only thing I can say about the food when they got it hot to my table was it wasn't worth the wait time.

Steak bites and garlic bread were good. Chicken strips were WAY over done, to the point of inedible. Gwendolyn, the server, was lovely. Have not had a decent meal in Red River in over a year. Not a fan and probably won't return. Forced to come back due to limited options during weekdays.🙄

This was my first time eating here in over 10 years, and I am asking myself why I do not eat here more often. They have a great breakfast lunch and dinner selection and the prices are amazingly reasonable. It’s almost like they are prices from five years ago. We went for lunch during the week and there was no weight, and the food came out promptly. The drinks are also good and reasonably priced. The service is acceptable, but nothing spectacular. I ordered the 10 ounce ribeye with vegetables and garlic, mashed potatoes and it was fantastic. My friend ordered the 10 ounce steak sandwich and vegetables and it looked great as well. My other friend ordered the grilled cheese and it looked delicious. I would highly recommend stopping by here at the silver reef Casino to try the red River Café. You will not be disappointed.

Uninspired, bland, usually over cooked. I got eggs benny however the hollandaise sauce was powered and horrible. Very boring food overall. Only positive is we had a 25$ food voucher

Not bad for breakfast at Red River Cafe inside Silver Reef Casino.
We’ve got $10 voucher from the casino so we’ve had our breakfast here.

Never been here before, my partner and I came in and realized that we were ordering really close to their closing time so we decided to get our order to go. We ordered a steak sandwich and got the steak burger, came out charred on the edges but pink and uncooked inside. Our server was a really nice young guy who was helpful, so we tipped over 50% hoping the food would be as impressive as their staff, and unfortunately spent $30 as a tip for a $45 order. Big bummer.

The food is cafe / diner food but it's rib sticking. The hostess, fantastic job at managing the people coming in. Our server Sylvia, a gem. She was though, efficient, super pleasant and got everything in a timely manner.
