Food is excellent. Highly recommend for anytime of the day. Portions are very large. The brisket burger is absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever had. The brisket was nice and tender with excellent flavor.
They serve the best clam chowder. Also great prime rib. The blackened chicken alfredo has an excellent flavor. The servers are friendly and have a down to earth approach. And management is the best and understanding when issues have come up. I love the cafe in the buffet room. There is plenty of seating now with no wait list and the room is big and bright.

We started with bowls of clam chowder and the salmon chowder which were hearty and savory. I had the Aloha burger which was big and refreshing, though towards the last bites the bun was starting to get soggy from the juices.
One star removed for the heat!...
