Changing my currnt review of this location. Id brushed this off the last few times, but when your paying for a certain sizes coffee n get shoretd on 3 oz or so it gets really annoying, not to mention the ratio of the flavor is not great when they short you. They've messed up orders here repeatedly and are nice enough about it, but when you have to drive all the way back because they messed up the orders it gets rather disappointing. Truly though the icing on the cake is really the half ass filling off the coffees lately. I recomed sticking to starbucks in the Haggens in Ferndale for better over all constancy.

Lovely Barista team always accommodating! as a barista myself i have to cheat on my own stand and come here for their amazing iced london fog that doesn’t taste the same anywhere else. I had came in early this morning after i had mobile ordered and it had said ready for pick up 10 mins ago. after a additional 10 mins of waiting i expressed my concerns of someone possibly taking my drink on accident to a barista and someone did infact after they had made it. Two lovely ladies helped accommodate me right away and made my drink for me again with a smile and apologized. As One lady gave me my new drink she also gave me a gift card for my next drink! Made me smile. Thank u lady’s for making my experience great I appreciate you!! ❤️❤️

Barista didn’t ask to scan my points and when I asked she had “already put in the amount of the order and couldn’t go back”. If I’m going to spend $9 on a drink you should be able to take the time to go back and add my points. Instead of figuring it out or getting a manager she gave me my receipt and told me to call starbucks to have my points added. I called and they asked me a bunch of questions verifying my purchase just to tell me to email them picture of the receipt anyway. Way too much work on my part. The employee getting paid by the company should have figured it out not the paying customer.

I had a great Blonde Caffè latte with vanilla syrup. I also enjoyed the sourdough grilled cheese. I always enjoy coming here. It always makes a nice treat for me. Service is always exceptional. Completely recommend if you're into great coffee and snacks.
