Foods okay, I mean it’s wendy’s—it can only get so good. My issue is that they have a robot taking orders and there was only two other cars in line and I waited 13 minutes to get my food. The robot gets things wrong but it eventually got it. The whole point of it is to make service faster I thought?
The AI ordering was mediocre at best and the person that took my money, delivered my beverage and handed me my food had zero personality or courtesy. She may have said 5 words to me during our three interactions (yes, three - each was a time delayed step in the process).
