I do love their coffee but I have recently caught at least one barista tipping herself when I use “Tap”. The girl that did it had at least one finger nail painted as a strawberry.
So just make sure to finish out your transaction yourself.

Politics aside, there is nothing really special, or negative, about this small chain.
However, paying up to a buck for plant based milks is just not going to fly anymore.
Will consider returning when they remove this discriminatory fee.

They are only using ‘to-go cups’. They say it’s been the case since covid. This company clearly does not care about the environment and are wastefully and lazily not using proper mugs. Shame on you Woods, do better!

Kylee is amazing ! I always visit woods on my day trips from Canada and I must say kylee has the provided the best customer service .
Stopped in super early on a road trip and the service was excellent. Nice hot food and pretty good coffee! The drive thru was super convenient and fast. A great stop and now will be a go-to!

I love my local Woods! And while I consider that everyone has a story & something they may be going through, this review is for the customer service piece. Please consider your affect as you make coffees for others who also may be going through something. A smile when handing a coffee out may just be what someone else needs in their day. The deadpan look & lack of eye contact by the barista is a recurring experience.
