I love my local Woods! And while I consider that everyone has a story & something they may be going through, this review is for the customer service piece. Please consider your affect as you make coffees for others who also may be going through something. A smile when handing a coffee out may just be what someone else needs in their day. The deadpan look & lack of eye contact by the barista is a recurring experience.
Woods is my go to coffee shop! It has a great relaxing atmosphere. The food is made from scratch in the bakery, you can taste the freshness. The coffee is amazing and they work with you to make sure you’re happy with your drink. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
Woods coffee has always been a generally great go to coffee shop but has slowly went downhill over the past few years. This shop is the most expensive coffee in town and isn’t open as late as it used to. The new remodel has also taken away some of the character and charm it used to have, feels too “sterile.”
Staff could be trained better as some are a little brash and not as friendly. Food and drinks are great as always, but this location used to be better...
