Balloon Roof bread is seriously the best bread ever! It keeps so well and stays fresh longer than most fresh breads. We love Balloon Roof!
I purchased from their stand at the farmers market a week ago and was sold a burnt loaf of bread. I didnt notice until I had gotten home. I went back to the farmers market today to let them know I spoke to a woman who was wearing her baby and she was rude and refused to make it right. I will not be giving this company my money any longer. You just lost a regular customer.

This is a must visit for anyone who loves bakeries and who doesn't. They are open 3 hrs on Saturdays, and it should be a pilgrimage to pay them a visit and support local business.
