This store was very interesting. But very crowded, l didn't know if there was a line to wait in for pastry because of some customers who just stood there and blocking path ways if there was. But all in all it was a experience that I'm not sure it's necessary. And I understand that it was a weekend. But trying not to get in anyone's way was very difficult, very hard to not get upset with some of the customers that didn't have no manners.

I had a terrible experience here today.
I decided to stop by during my lunch break for a quick meal and some shopping. I first ordered a hot dog and a slice of cake using the self-service kiosk. Separately, I ordered a small mojito at the register. In my opinion, it was overpriced, but I would have been okay with the price if it had at least tasted good. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite — it smelled unpleasant and had a strange, bad taste, almost like rotten mint. That was my first disappointment.
Then came the food. About 20 minutes after placing my order, I noticed that customers who had ordered after me were already receiving their food. I asked the cashier about my order and was told it would only be a few more minutes. Then 30 minutes passed… then 35.
I completely understand that it was lunchtime and you were very busy with a lot of orders. However, at the very least, customers should be informed of the estimated wait time before they place their order. I definitely wasn’t prepared to wait 40 minutes for a hot dog. If I had known the wait would be that long, I would have made a different decision.
I don’t believe a hot dog should take over half an hour to prepare. I certainly didn’t expect to spend my entire lunch break waiting for a hot dog to be heated up and a slice of cake to be taken from the display.
After waiting 35 minutes, I went back to the register again. It turned out that my order had somehow gone missing, and the staff spent several minutes trying to find it. Only then was I finally given my hot dog — which, by that point, I didn’t even feel like eating anymore.
To make matters worse, my to-go order came without a bag, fork, or napkins, even though it was clearly a takeout order. Honestly, I felt like I was completely forgotten. Everyone around me was receiving their food, being treated kindly, and leaving with properly packed orders, while my order disappeared and I was left waiting with no explanation. By the end, I was wondering why I even came.
I love Ukrainian cuisine and I truly want to come here more often to enjoy the food and buy Ukrainian products to bring home. However, experiences like this make me lose the desire to visit. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, because I would really love to keep coming back and having a positive experience.

Ordered a couple of things for a late lunch. The borsch was good, and the salad was good too—until we found two pieces of dark hair in that salad. That definitely ruined the meal, so we’ll probably avoid eating here again.
The store itself is great, though, and has lots of good items to choose from.

Hot food is so good! Love coming here for different kinds of Fresh bread and bakery items. All sorts of different food and drinks. Something for everyone.

I've been wanting to visit this market for some time now. Finally made my way down and was a little disappointed.
The fruits were soft, over ripe and moldy, the line for the deli/bakery section wasn't clear, and the designated dining area was a mess. Maybe I came at their busy hour, but with the handful of employees sitting outside on the bench hanging out, it could've looked a bit better.
We left with a bunch of goodies! I, myself, only had half the Dubai inspired croissant and that was too much. It was very sweet but because was probably sitting in the display all day, it was a bit hard and stale.
