I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months.
9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding.
A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it.

Went in there to get gluten free sandwiches for my girls and I. Went up to order and the employee tells me they don’t have gf bread right now. I asked if they ran out. Nope they just didn’t take it out of the freezer to thaw because they were too busy. Seriously how much time does it take? The company advertises gf bread now but only if the employees remember to take it out of the freezer. They lost out on about a $25 sale. SMH
Yesterday was the first time at a Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches were so great, I want to go again today. Service was awesome. It's rare I'm completely impressed by a sub shop, but this one hit that mark..
