always have good food and good service
I waited almost 20 mins before I even got water and had my order taken. 10 more mins later right when I was about to get up and leave, I finally got my bowl of pho. I also noticed the people seated after me were eating before me. This is the 2nd time I received poor service from this establishment. The pho had no flavor and to wait that long for poor quality food was unacceptable.
