After waiting for 45 minutes for our cold food and having to get our own refills, we ask to speak to manager Marsha. She was incredibly rude after being extremely nice about the situation and service. She accused us of insulting her servers when we just wanted to bring the quality of service to her attention. Proceeded to try to argue back and forth. Very unmanager like.
There were very few customers yet we could barely get the waitresses attn & the tables by us & floor were dirty & the food was greasy & bland & way too expensive. Never again
4 other people we were at a different tables & different bills 2 drinks split an eggs Benedict which was now $18 Everyone’s bill had an automatic gratuity of 20% average bill $60 WTF don’t go
