I have been to many Starbucks over my life time and I can say that this one is hands down my favorite place to get my morning coffee. It always starts with the lovely baristas welcoming me in to the store and remembering my order. How can you not have a great day with such astounding customer service.

Everyday I order 2 coffees via mobile order. Lately I had to add no milk foam to the orders since they would give me half a cup full of just milk foam. After requesting no milk foam on my order they continued to do so. When this was the case I would call them to let them know of the situation. Unfortunately I don’t have time to wait for a remake and I would request to get the coffees the next day. They do this so frequently that this time when I called about the issue they said they would no longer remake them for me.This honestly, wouldn’t be an issue if they would’ve made my coffee with no milk foam.The lady who said this claimed to be the manager “ Jacqueline” When I called to confirm who the manager was they hung up on me.Not all the staff is rude but Jacqueline in particular doesn’t have a good attitude towards Hispanic people.
