The rep who made my order today told me I could get a $7 foot long, then when I went to check out a different rep told me they could not accept the 699FL code. Very disappointed. I didn’t want the food to go to waste so I ended up paying nearly $17 for a footlong. Subway has lost its way. Never again.

Slowest subway service I’ve ever received. Our group of three was the only ones in the store. Only one lady working and she made us wait 20 min while she did all the online orders and she was rude about it. She also messed up two of the orders and it was just 3 sandwiches. We just stopped in off the highway on our way but won’t ever do that again.

Came in for lunch only had a 15 min break. There was a guy and lady working. I asked for fresh bread ,mind u I used to work this shop for Chris and sang and know how subway works and girl gave me the old hard bread and I asked for fresh and claimed it was . I had the Philly no sauce and they cut my sandwich with a knife with sauce all on it that I can’t have tried to stop him and he kept going. My sandwich was so rock hard . Had them remake it and said toast on 6” and to heat the meat first. She didn’t follow directions so my meat was cold and bread was rock hard again and the Philly is supposed to be 2x meat and cheese and got one scoop of meat and cheese . The cookies were even rock hard on counter for sale. If I could give a 0⭐️ it would be that

Got a toasted sandwich that the cheese was not melted and cold meat. No napkins in holder or towels in bathroom. Don’t asked me for a tip when I pay let me choose to tip because the service is so good.

I saw 4 customers, including myself, wait several minutes in line to order while the ONE person working assisted a young man on how to use the Subway app on his phone. We all eventually WALKED OUT to find lunch elsewhere. I'm pretty sure I heard another employee in the back, but they never came out. No one ever acknowledged our presence. Are Subways sandwich makers also their IT department? It's costing you business, Subway!!

Worker with sweeping when I arrived which is great keeping busy. However he continued to keep his phone conversation the entire time I was ordering my two sandwiches. Totally unprofessional never go here again

I live near this Subway and was anticipating it to be a decent lunch/dinner option.The first time I went in, the teenager was cleaning up 45 min before closing and they were bothered by my order. The 2nd time I ordered was online. Everything went through the website and when I went to pick up, the restaurant was closed. Lights off, doors closed and locked. Money was taken out of my account, I didn’t get a refund or anything.If you go here during actual working hours, maybe it’s okay. I refuse to give this location my business considering what I’ve experienced. I will happily drive over the busy highway to the subway franchise on highway 99. They actually taste better and have a few more ingredients that the others don’t offer.Such a shame because I was hopeful for more reliable food options on my side of Fife.

I entered the store and sat at a table until the other two customers were done ordering. The female sandwich maker saw me come in and sit down. I have arthritis in my knees and back, I can not stand for long, is why I sat down. My blood sugers were dropping and i needed to eat just as much as as two customers before me who work next door. The male sandwich maker asked the female if she would help me, she said yes. After she completed accepting payment from the last customer, she took off her gloves and started messing with receipts and things around the register...when she finally looked up she said she was sorry she didn't see me. She obviously knew I was there and purposefully made me wait and lied to my face.I'm homeless and I live in my van. I collect scrap metal from the business in the area to take care of my financial needs. I'm assuming she thought I was also stupid. I felt very judged because of who I am. I left the store very angry that someone would be so condescending to me as her customer. I will not ever eat there again.
