Stopped by here today to get my lunch and was actually happy with this Subway sandwich location. I read the previous experiences and had a lot of those at many of their other locations but this one was good. Right amount of meat, cheese and veggies and not overboard with the sauces. I will admit that pricing has gone through the roof for most fast food type businesses. It was $15 for a footlong sub, I can recall the prices being about $5 cheaper not that long ago. When companies get too high in cost the end result is usually the collapse of the business. I'm only giving it until the end of the year before deciding if Subway will remain as 1 of my lunchtime meal places.

Every time we go there the staff is rude. Tonight we stopped by and got 2 footlongs for our family and my first bite had hair that was hung up in my mouth…🤮. Now I’m throwing everything away.

I have to assume this place doesn’t really want business. I’m a nurse and this is the only place open late enough for me to stop in before I go to work. The first time I showed up it was just after 930 and the lady working told me if I needed more than one sandwich she couldn’t help me. Just needed one but the greeting was rude. Second attempt I show up at 940 yes very close to closing but they do state open until 10. Again need just one sandwich. Their door sticks so it’s hard to open I’m thinking it’s stuck so I knock on the door and guy working completely ignores me which is when I realize the door has been locked. And he’s now turned off the open sign. If you don’t want customers past 930 then change your hrs of operation to close at 930. While it can be a pain to serve a late customer you do have your business hrs open until 10. Tacky rude service.

I had given this place a 5 star review but the service has dropped badly. I have been using the app to have my order delivered since I don't have a car. There has been 4 problems. One I accidently ordered Pickup and when I called the to change it to Delivery I was told there was nothing the could do. The food had already been made. They told me to call the main office. So I lost almost $30 dollars the other 3 issues was delivery of my food not being delivered, they use Doordash. One of the times that I did not get my food, I had watched the driver, on the app, drive past my apt then go the other way. Then it showed the they pulled up to the entrance and all the sudden it said delivered. I was standing outside and no one showed up. So I called the store and that started a bouncing ball service calls. I was told by the store to call Doordash, Doordash told me to call the store and so on. That lasted almost two hours. I was then told to call the main office again. There is no customer service number. You have to fill out a info page as to what happened. 3x's I filled it out and I have not heard back from them. The 4th time I did I heard back via Email. They asked me to email back store information. I sent the email and I have not heard one word back from them. I have emailed back asking if I would hear back and all I got was crickets. I love Subway and their Tuna sandwich but cause I have lost almost $100 dollars to them and because they do not want to take responsibility for their actions and make it right I am boycotting this store.

Buyer beware!!! Ordered a steak sandwich, but apparently the steak was playing hide-and-seek—and winning! Had to launch a full-on search party just to find a sliver of beef thinner than my patience. If I wanted a bread-and-air sandwich, I would’ve ordered one! Honestly hilarious if you enjoy practical jokes involving your stomach—but downright tragic if you're actually hungry. Good luck, folks—you'll need it!

Foods good when they get the order right. I go there often. And about half the time it's wrong. I always get a BLT. They've given me a bmt, and today they have me a BLT and forgot the bacon. After they did the BMT I started saying "bacon, lettuce, tomato" just so I'm clear. Not sure how they missed the bacon. But it's getting annoying.

I’m only giving a 5 star review because of Flor! I am a couple months late with my review. I called in and even though there was a language barrier she understood what I was asking and cleared up my question. Her customer service was amazing! On top of her being fast and efficient while making my order. She even let me know which coupons were not working for future reference. She also mentioned to me that some coupons weren’t working because of the system and I felt bad cause she said customers would get upset with her but she has no control over that situation. In my opinion the owners should make a sign and put that on the front door so customers know and that way they don’t take it out on the workers. In the past I avoided this subway even though it’s a 5min drive from my house because the customer service was garbage but Flor makes me come back. I specifically asked what days she’s in so I can come back and get my subway fix for my husband and I. Flor is a fantastic team member for this subway! Again thank you Flor!

Hope there is a new lead cashier there. I had a bad experience with a lady saying the coupons wouldn’t take. And she kept confusing my order. I was with my two kids. And while they slowly made our sandwiches they helped three other customers after us… and they still cashed out everyone but us… I felt really offended by this lady. Deer caught in headlights. Hello are you up there? Worst customer service I ever had.

7:50 and doors are still closed. I was going to work and decided to stop by for a sandwich, but the doors were closed. There was a woman who waved me with a big friendly smile that they opening in 10 minutes- an hour after they supposed to. That’s unacceptable!

Charged me twice on the app for $60 for voiding my order and I tried to go in the store but the doors were closed at 10pm on a Tuesday when they stay open till 11 pm. If you want to get scammed, this is the place to be.

Clean well stocked location. My only gripes were the sandwich artist kept connecting me and the guy behind me as the same transaction both while building and bagging the sandwiches. Also he build the sandwich on the wrong side of the bread ( I know, minor but textures are important to some people)
