Always a great meal… be sure to confirm that the add ons are correct when picking up the order.

PAUL that transferred from the 6th Ave location did not have a friendly attitude because of them being busy & having high drive times. I've ordered doordash from this place & had the manager go back & forth with me over the phone over a chicken burrito I bought & they didn't provide. Everytime I come here the man on headset talks over me & will argue with me over me choosing all Tater Tots as a side for my Fiesta Platter which you can definitely do. If you're ever wondering why your Crisp Chicken Burrito is half way opened or burnt it's because they're frying it too long & more than half of the time they're still handing them out. I worked at Taco Time & I know the names of managers AND people that are still employed there so unfortunately I will be making some calls. To know that there are now problems like mold smell is ridiculous.

Management needs to check out what's causing the mold smell. It smells horrible in here. I turned around and walked out. I'm not going to have my family eat in a place that smells like this. And there was junk on the floor in front of the register.

Worst service ever. The employees don’t listen, they talk over you and after all the hassle of making sure you order is correct they still make it wrong. -1000/10 worth driving to any other location.

Had a mishap with an order, and the manager on duty made sure to apologize, offer compensation and the staff were amazing working hard and fast to correct the order. Fast, fresh and tasty. Thank you.

The dining area was clean when I visited this Taco Time for the first time. Not like the Taco Time that used to be on 6th ave. The food was ready quickly and good. The cashier was friendly. Would return to this Taco Time again. I love their crispy burrito. The only issue I had with this Taco Time is you have to pay for the hot sauce. Not free anymore. I used to love getting as much hot sauce as I wanted for free.

I love Taco Time! My friend and I ate in the restaurant today, super friendly and welcoming staff. I was waiting for my friend to arrive and they offered me a cup for water while I waited. An Employee named Ryce, came to our table, asked if he could refill our drinks, provided refills and cleared our tray when we were done eating; super friendly and exceptional customer service. Thank you! : ) The food was delicious, hot and fresh as always!

Horrible Taco Bell type of place. The taco was not good and the rice was worse.

Super friendly, food was perfect, restaurant was clean - there’s no reason to consider taco time “fast food” although it didn’t take long to get our order. Really great experience.

Very disappointed. Orderd 2 toastda salads. 1 beef 1 chicken..they labeled them wrong!!! Onions were not fresh and soggy.. they just don't make them like they used to. Taste different, and slopped together like prison food..

This is why America is so sick and unhealthy. Taco Time NW & Fast Food competitors serve you high sodium, no nutrition, corporate food.

Everyone pays attention to calories and glosses over the nutritional facts sheets.
Just one of these burritos are half your daily recommended sodium intake. There’s absolutely no need for that much sodium in a single burrito. Look at Nutritional Facts Sheets and pay attention to the numbers.

Avoid this type of food, cook it yourself.

Extremely disrespectful over the microphone when ordering. I didn’t even finish ordering the food and told her to cancel. When I asked what was her name so that I can complain to management she proudly said “Zarea and it’s spelt Z, A, R, E, A”. Used to go to taco time everyday, now you’ll never see me there again

(Update)
I had filled out the form to the response of the management team below. Saying that “would reach out personally to make it right” been a week now and no one reached out. They just write this auto generated response acting like they care.
