Normally Taco Time doesn't disappoint, as fast food at least, but epic fail tonight. Got in the drive thru at 5:55, did not exit until 6:35. Absolutely ridiculous, especially because there were only 3 cars in front of me. And of course, no offer to reduce price, or at least throw in a free something for the massive inconvenience, because don't forget this drive thru traps you!!!! Leaving was not an option! Timer pic showing my order taking almost 30 min. Got home 7 min later, both meals were terrible, soft taco meal and 2 crunchy taco meal. Meat was barely warm and was dry, like it had been sitting in a pan all day. Tots were tasteless. Wasted time, wasted $30, so just lost a customer.
Follow up: Taco Time reached out and are making this right. Impressed by the customer service.

The taste and quality of the food has gone downhill. The prepackaged hot sauce is awful. This used to be our Friday after school treat, but sadly, no longer.

We ate a late breakfast/ early lunch at taco time. The young man said he was a student at nearby Tacoma community college. He served us with a courteous cheerfully happy attitude.

I woke up craving a taco time crispy burrito so I went through the drive-through shortly after opening and ordered a mini meal- crispy burrito and tater tots, but was given a smashed crunchy taco. There was no way even pick it up because it was smashed in little pieces... Not very impressed plus they weren't very friendly barely said two words and could tell we're just not happy to be there. It's really not a difficult job, come on now 🙄

Sat in the drive thru with me and one other vehicle for well over 10 min and nothing, crickets! Finally backed out and went to chick fil a right next door! This place is always SLOOOOOOOOOOW! But today was ridiculous!
