Waited in the drive through for 32 minutes. There is no way to exit tge drive through once you are in line you are stuck. Then to make it worse are food was barley warm :-( will ne er go back to that location.

Very disappointed. Orderd 2 toastda salads. 1 beef 1 chicken..they labeled them wrong!!! Onions were not fresh and soggy.. they just don't make them like they used to. Taste different, and slopped together like prison food..

Extremely disrespectful over the microphone when ordering. I didn’t even finish ordering the food and told her to cancel. When I asked what was her name so that I can complain to management she proudly said “Zarea and it’s spelt Z, A, R, E, A”. Used to go to taco time everyday, now you’ll never see me there again
(Update) I had filled out the form to the response of the management team below. Saying that “would reach out personally to make it right” been a week now and no one reached out. They just write this auto generated response acting like they care.

I’ve been coming here for over 40 years and only once was my order incorrect, which happened to be tonight. They made it right though, and returned my money and gave me comps for a free meal. Service is always friendly and excellent, and food is always fresh. More expensive than some other fast food places but well worth it.

Drove through the drive through, we ordered, as we passed the menu my passenger read out loud that they do not accept bills larger than $20.00. I said, what? My passenger was paying and I was the one who ordered had no idea all he had was a $50.00 and a $10.00. When we got to the window, I read the sign again at the window. My passenger then said, all I have is a $50 and a $10. I told the cashier that we didn’t know the highest bill they took was a $20.00. She said, you can go to the gas station they’re really good at breaking money. I said, I’m so sorry cause I didn’t know. She then raised her voice and said, “ You read it twice hon!” I immediately responded, No I read it once. She then said, I thought you said it earlier, I then said that was my passenger and I didn’t know he only had a $50. That escalated quickly. I don’t know of any customer who is going to want to go to the gas station and then return after being spoken to in that manner for just not knowing the policy. I am also not your, “hon.” I will from now on make sure to not visit this location when I would like Taco Time in the future.
Best service and food. The workers here are the friendliest, hardworking individuals Ive ever encountered. They deserve a raise.

Normally Taco Time doesn't disappoint, as fast food at least, but epic fail tonight. Got in the drive thru at 5:55, did not exit until 6:35. Absolutely ridiculous, especially because there were only 3 cars in front of me. And of course, no offer to reduce price, or at least throw in a free something for the massive inconvenience, because don't forget this drive thru traps you!!!! Leaving was not an option! Timer pic showing my order taking almost 30 min. Got home 7 min later, both meals were terrible, soft taco meal and 2 crunchy taco meal. Meat was barely warm and was dry, like it had been sitting in a pan all day. Tots were tasteless. Wasted time, wasted $30, so just lost a customer.
Follow up: Taco Time reached out and are making this right. Impressed by the customer service.
