I have ordered from Westside Pizza on Orchard in Fircrest and I had no problems, except for February 24th. I ordered a pizza to go and tried to use a Coupon "Pizza50". I told the employee that I wanted to use that Coupon and 990 customers have used it according to their website. I was told to wait so that they could talk to their manager. They placed me on hold. I waited and they still did not answer me. Since I ordered a carry out, I was still on my cell phone, so I went down to Westside Pizza because it was only about 1 mile for me. I went into the pizza placed and I was still on hold and I ask them if they were going to answer my phone to them, since I was still on hold. He gave me a lame excuse and he said that he had no knowledge of that call. I was placed on hold for over 8 minutes. I finally told him he, that he could hang up now. He knew that I was still on hold because his line was showing that I was still on. I will never return to this place again because of them lying to me and the lack of customer service. My advice to customers ordering pizza, from Westside, think about how Westside Pizza treated me and if they did that to me, they will do it to other customers. I lhave no trust and respect in a business that will lie in my face. I hope management reads my comments and have the courage to call me. I retired from Pierce County Sheriff's Department with over 28 years of service and I'm use to people lying to me.Dave ChungFircrest

Hey, this dude work hard. Can never remember a name but he and his delivery driver were the only ones working and he was able to keep a good demeanor. That's not easy when you're the only one working. Super friendly too, couldnt not give a good review. Keep up the good work. Oh, and great pizza too and flavor

Not much more impressive in product than Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Ordered due to a promotion. Asked if I could delay pickup 20 min beyond the estimated time and when I arrived they had put it in the system for an hour later. Expensive for what it it. There are better options around.No place to sit if that matters to you.

Food was ok. The pizza was cold when delivered. I recently moved back to Tacoma. In Port Angeles Westside was awesome. I worked at Gordys in Port Angeles. The pizza sucked, I ordered Westside. In Tacoma it was bad.

Cant believe you delivered these crappy wings to me. What a joke. The cheesy bread sticks and cinnamon sticks really good. But the odds of me ordering again are slim because of chicken wing bullsh#t.

Westside is my absolute favorite pizza. The pizza is fantastic everytime we order. And the customer service is superb. Tonight Jeremy and Curtis were serving up the best pizza pies in Pierce County. They both made me feel like a welcomed best friend. Try their pizza but try their service as well, you will not be disappointed.

First time trying this place …… cheesy bread good , the marinara sauce was bad ! When a tomato product such as salsa, sauce etc is old the tomato starts to ferment and gets bubbly! That’s what this sauce was like. The crust for the pizza seemed to be a pre cooked crust almost like the old school made at home pizza night from the 90’s. I wouldn’t recommend and will stick to the other pizza chains.
