Pleasantly surprised to find such amazing BBQ in Forks. Everything tasted great and portions were good! The ribs were well seasoned without being too salty and the brisket was nice and tender. We especially liked the potato salad! Would come back again.
After a morning of hiking on the beach we had a serious Mac and cheese deficiency - we pulled over to search for places in the area to grab some and noticed d&k would be opening around noon but we were a bit early. As fate would have it the open sign lit up just as we were about to leave so we stopped by. Really good ribs, Mac and cheese, the brisket was great as well with their bbq sauce nice and smoked tender. As we were eating sirens started going off and they came out...
My friend and I shared a pulled pork plate with cole slaw, potato salad and an extra Mac and cheese. Generous portions as we had leftovers. I really liked the slaw and potato salad which was made with very little mayo (if any). I’m not a bbq connoisseur but I thought it was good. Fast service as well.
