“Easy to pickup, the place is super clean. I don't like that I'm being asked about the atmosphere persay, it's definitely not a place to sit down and enjoy time, no easily viewable bathroom from my perspective. The tables are small and the place is not big enough to warrant that. But overall the staff are amazing and the food was perfectly hot. Love it.“

“This review is about the Madigan Army Medical Center Shopette at the Madigan Annex. Melody Hall and Toby (Last name unknown) are always friendly and knowledgeable and are good advocates for the customers, always striving to get requested items in stock for those who work and train at the annex. We at the annex, who sometimes feel like step children, feel we’ve got somebody taking care of us in Melody and Toby. High marks to them for solidly serving the disenfranchised here.“

“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

“Great pizza some of the best I've had since living here for over 30 years. But the service was horrible . Brianna i think that was her her name was. I get being busy but she forgot our salads, remined her and she basically shrugged her shoulders as if i was putting her out. One of the worst servers I've had in a long time, she could care less about our table or her job. I'll be back because the pizza was that good . I'll just be sure to not sit in her section.“

“The food was so delicious. we were in a big group and had a taste of many things on the menu. Lucky us. Another big plus was the staff. Congenial , well versed, and real professional. Even though there was a big crowd they looked relaxed. You didn't feel rushed. A great place to enjoy delicious food.“

“This was my first time visiting this particular Papa Murphy’s location, which is in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough after dark.

The staff were friendly, quick with their smiles, and provided great customer service.

The only downside was related to the food prep. I bought five pizzas on a Tuesday to freeze and use over the weekend. Unfortunately, Papa Murphy’s doesn’t include clear instructions for baking directly from the freezer. To their credit, they do advise letting refrigerated pizzas come to room temperature so the dough can rise before baking.

It would be helpful if they also offered guidelines for frozen pizzas.“

“I had a 12in chicken with white sauce pizza and it tasted so good.The crust was cooked to perfection not too thick nor thin just right! Very flavorful with yummie pesto, dried tomatoes and I believe spinach. It was DELICIOUS! The young lady that recommended the pizza provided me with excellent service. I will be returning again and again!

“Its close to home, phone was ringing as i walked in to an empty store. The rep asked to put them on hold so he could wait on me first. I asked if my on line order was ready and he got my name and went back to the fridge and brought it out. I appreciated his immediate service as I was not made to wait for those phone calls. It was busy when I went since it was Tuesday and they run a special on that day. The Store was very clean and All the Girls working are super friendly. Didn't have to wait to long was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Well worth a try!“

“I'm not sure why these guys only have a 3.6... every time I come in I have a great conversation with the GM and if what I'm ordering is close to any deals they are running whomever is working tells me how I could change my order for the better savings. “The staff are great. They're friendly, quick, and make good quality Pizzas. Goes a long way towards justifying the expense.

The only thing I don't recommend is the new Cheesey Stuffed Crust. The cheese is a flat layer inside the crust and adds nothing flavor wise.“

“Serves mainly pizza only other thing on the menu are paninis and salads. Growing up Italian I would have liked to see more panini options. Pies were small a bit greasy but overall pretty damn good. I didn’t get drunk there but if I was the pizza would have been the perfect remedy. The lady with the short hair served me I didn’t get her name but she was professional, friendly, fast, attentive and a great overall bartender and server. Drinks wee reasonably priced and specialty mixed drinks displayed on the wall with prices. Gentleman in the kitchen was also fast with orders cooked to perfection. Overall I would recommend coming here for a good buzz and a quick bite.“
