I cannot give enough 5 star reviews to IC Teriyaki. The food was delicious and freshly made. We’re a group of 7 and we all got our food within 10 mins. I got the beef teriyaki and it was perfectly cooked and some the best teriyaki I’ve ever had. The owner was so welcoming and patient with my indecision. If I lived in Whidbey I would be going a lot. Perfect atmosphere for my friends and I to have a little picnic. A must visit spot for anyone on Whidbey.

Not a traditional teriyaki, but an interesting take. Meat was good, we went with the beef teriyaki. However, the sides were disappointing. Tried the Gyoza and the veg. spring rolls, very disappointing. Seemed to be store bought / pre-made and no attempt to properly cook them. Overall, I would recommend giving them a try.

As a vegan, their tofu teriyaki bowl is top notch! Great portion sizes, and a nice spot to dine outside at their couple tables, or grab it to-go and enjoy! Highly recommend!!Parking: about 5-6 parking spots available.

Carol was an absolute delight to talk to and was very helpful when I was having trouble deciding on what to order as a first-time customer. She recommended the Chicken Katsu, which was mouthwatering and refreshing to find. In a region where it is hard to find dishes like the ones that are served here, this food truck has proved to be an oasis of flavorful delights. Highly recommended!
The Teriyaki I ordered tasted like it was cooked with store bought soy sauce... the flavor was terrible & salty with no real Teriyaki taste(sweet & salty/tangy). This was something I could have made better myself in my kitchen. The gal was nice and had a good attitude but this was a sorry excuse for a paid meal. ?

Just had a wild experience here. Was 2nd in line, and the gentleman in front of me, after receiving his food, complained that Yelp said they're open on Saturdays and was upset that he'd driven from Coupeville and they were closed a prior weekend.The owner apologized and professionally explained that he didn't set up the Yelp page, and the customer had the audacity to say, "well if you cared about your customers, you'd take care of it! I won't be back!"This chef is here day after day, making DELICIOUS teriyaki, BY HIMSELF, with a "help wanted" sign in the window, and this customer has the lunacy to question his care for customers, right after he served him dinner!? This place is AWESOME and we LOVE the food here! We're a small community and remember our interactions with everyone we meet - while you lecture business owners about care for their customers, consider the kind of care you want to give your neighbors, Coupeville EX-customer!IC Teriyaki SLAPS!!!
