This place is consistently fast and delicious. I picked up a veggie burrito today for my vegetarian house mate and it received a rave review from her. I’ve had their carne asada fries and they were immaculate. I definitely plan to go back again soon, and I recommend Taqueria Los Cantaritos to all looking for a good spot to eat on the south end of Whidbey Island.

it was not very authentic and low quality compared to the other food trucks. Chicken taco was like boiled chicken breast that was chopped in a pieces and then seasoned so not premarinated chicken thighs. The beans and rice weren’t bad though and the customer service was nice Three tacos beans and rice was about $18.

I grabbed two tacos here, they were fine

Ah...thin..tic...!!
The comida Mexicana at this taco truck is very authentico... carnitas, birria con queso, from a convenient stop along Whidbey Islands main thoroughfare Hiway 525, makes us locals very appreciative of the availability of quality, local and worthy mexican food. Your other choice is a disappointment representative of space ship wannabe tacos.

Call ahead... It'll be waiting for you, and the remaining thing to do is find a favorite waterfront spot off Maxwelton and enjoy. Pricing and selection are great, and there's a family owned vibe in the authenticity of their food. Enjoy... and ignore the cannibis shop right next door... if you can.. 🤫 60k miles of travel and eateries... trust me... you'll be back.. see travel site in bio..

They really are the best Mexican restaurant on Whidbey Island! I had them for the first time today and I won’t be going anywhere else.

The food was great. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The only thing that bothered me was the price almost double the price of Mexican food everywhere else in the state.

Definitely worth a visit! Happy to see this new spot on the south end! We’ve been a handful of times over the last few months and the food has always been on point and delicious. Friendly service too. First time ordering Chile rellenos from a truck for me, but I’m so glad I did! Yum—fresh ingredients, intentional, flavorful seasoning —altogether it would have been an impressive execution coming from any traditional brick and mortar kitchen, but especially impressive considering that they did this in a truck! Ordered some Muletas (sp?) with carne asada on a whim for my toddler on another visit—these were a lower price point menu option and unfamiliar to me but they were so so good!! Baby girl got an unplanned lesson about the joys of sharing with momma that day! ;) Horchata was available the last time we were there… few things taste better than good, cold Horchata on one of these beautiful hot summer days. I hope locals get behind these guys and keep them around! :)

Kid-friendliness: Taco truck that’s safely off the highway with grass and picnic tables around….As long as the kiddos don’t try to wander into the legal weed shop nearby, this is as kid friendly as it gets. The staff who have helped us were all very sweet to my chatty daughter.

Parking: Shares the lot with the legal weed shop—plenty of spaces and everyone’s been friendly!
