One of the gentleman upstairs told us that they weren’t serving burgers anymore because it was almost time to close. My mother made a joke saying, “oh noooo you’re kidding!” The gentleman said’ “I JUSTTT said it right to your face lady, I’m not kidding...” His comment made me physically sick and it was hard to not make a comment back to him. It’s all good though. Unfortunately this was all we wanted. This is not a review on the food as I’m sure it is wonderful, but the service is terrible.
It seems the owner is only commenting on five-star reviews and poor reviews in which she can respond with snarky comments. Disgusting.

A great place to eat. Especially if you're waiting for the ferry. We sat on the upper deck on a beautiful day and had the BEST clam chowder I've ever eaten.

If you are ever in friday harbor, try and come here. It is such a wonderful experience looking out on the ferry dock with some of the best seafood on the island. The service isn't instant, but the food makes up for it and makes this a perfect restaurant experience.

Our friends took us to Fridays Crabhouse to enjoy a cocktail. It was Happy Hour on a Tuesday around 3:15pm. They were not busy. We went upstairs to the rooftop and ordered appetizers and drinks. Like many others have posted, we love this place, no frills, you find your table, order at bar and servers will bring to your table. The food is good. We had the calamari and mozzarella sticks appetizers. The Fridays Special Mai Tai were good and also the Strawberry Pina Coladas. The location is excellent overlooking the Friday harbor. Our friends have been coming here for years, but this was our first time. It did not disappoint and we will be back!

My husbands favorite meal out is crabcakes, yet these had a slight cinnamon flavor, so he now calls them pancake crabcakes. Everything else, prawns, halibut and salmon all tasted great. Wonderful view.

The oyster was covered with sand! When I asked them they said it’s because they get it from under the mud and that it is not going to hurt me!!!!!!! Not the kind of experience I was looking for! Paying around 80$ and be absolutely grossed out!
Below is the response from the owner and here’s my reply: Yes I am sure you get thousands of them and that is why I looked for someone to speak to! The servers showed zero accountability and sent me all the way down to the lower level so that I could speak with the person who was making them and that’s the answer she gave me! “It was likely an oyster harvested from underneath the mud and we can’t do much about that. It won’t hurt you tho!” and no it is NOT ONLY caper, ginger and white wine sauce!! If you check closely you can see all tiny particles of sand on there. Thanks for affirming that offering a fresh clean meal could have been the right course of action. That’s at least something ….
Great views of the harbor, especially if you sit upstairs. Fish and chips was fine. Fewer pieces of fish than you might expect from an order of fish and chips, and wasn’t blown away by how it was prepared. Calamari was fantastic though.

Mixed feelings here. Went for oysters specifically (at 4pm), sold out. Mussels... sold out. Ordered a $60 CDN equivalent crab and it comes out on a plastic plate, gets tossed onto the table, pre-cracked, "plastic cuttlery stuffed under the plate"... come on. Staff were friendly nevertheless. Clam chowder was good. Good location, but seems to capitalize on location vis-a-vis the ferry terminal more than presentation despite the prices.

Wow!!The best looking salmon I have ever seen! I'm not a salmon fan. This was delicious! Owner sweetheart was running the grill and very gracious. . 10 stars and more. will be back every time I am on the Island.

My experience is based on coming here at least once a week as I volunteer on the island. I'm here early afternoons. Views and audience are great with wonderful relaxed panoramic water views. My orders are quickly filled, staff have always been very friendly and personalize my experience and successfully accommodate my 'specialty' non-standard changes to my order. I've bopped around to various eateries within walking distance of the ferries but am comfortable coming back here for their consistent high quality food and service.

Terrible service! Got off ferry to have a beer and they kept telling us to go inside but there wasn’t a bartender or service. We went to outside bar found a seat and was told to get in food line which was 10-12 in line. Left and went next door to Blue Water Bar & Grill. Great service and food!
