Paellas San Juan catered an alumni, faculty and student event for Stanford University's Bill Lane Center for the American West on Thursday, September 19 at Friday Harbor Labs.
Ray and Zoraima were an absolute pleasure to deal with: they communicated often to ensure that they understood our vision for the event, came early, set up -- even the tables and linens and made it look so much better. They worked closely with us throughout the event as we adapted timing to folks arriving. The food was delicious, beautifully served and the clean-up immaculate. Their server, Veronica, was also wonderful, gracious, and a huge help.

Paellas San Juan - Ray and Zoraima and the staff they worked with did an fantastic job catering our Welcome/Rehearsal Dinner for our son's wedding. We started out expecting 70 guests and ended up increasing our number to just over 100. Our event was at 2 private residences close to each other so there was setup at 2 locations for the Cocktail and Appetizers with raw and grilled oysters/ceviche bar plus passed apps at one and Dinner/Dessert at the other with 4 paellas, salads and bar setup. Ray and Zoraima did an excellent job with communication, updating our menus and quotes promptly and site visit ahead of time to help us prepare for the event and make sure everything was prepared and perfect. The food and service was top notch. Our guests loved it and took lots of paella pictures. Look forward to hosting another event with them. Would highly recommend for a fun and delicious experience.
