"The best meal I've ever had at a wedding!"This phrase was uttered by everyone who came to talk to me about Paella San Juan during my ceremony. During the cocktail hour P.S.J. curated one of the most impressive cheese boards I've ever seen and served incredible small bites like croquettes (a must have) and empanadas that left everyone clamouring for more. For the main event we were served 3 massive paella pans (we did a meat, seafood, and vegetarian mix) that blew us away with both flavor and texture (fed ~96 people with a little food left over).What sets P.S.J. above in my book was the amazing customer service and impeccable care they showed us during the events. The team worked wonders and were organized and nice. P.S.J. was the the picture of professionalism which reduced our stress during the ceremony.If you are looking to have your own event catered I can't think of anyone better!

Their service and food was exceptional, we got so so many comments and compliments for our guests. We used them for our rehearsal dinner but if we did not already have an in house caterer for our wedding we 100% would have used them for that as well. We love PSJ!! Will post photos once we get them back from our photographer!

Zoraima and Ray were absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding on Orcas Island. Starting from the planning stages through to the final day, Paella San Juan was professional, warm, caring, and utterly invested in making the event a success. The food was killer, and their set up––they cook the paella on the spot––was the life of the party (probably more photos of the paella than of the wedding itself). They're able to accommodate vegetarian/vegan options (ours was 100% vegetarian) without trouble. We highly recommend PSJ to anyone planning an event in the San Juans.
