Customer service was awesome! The lobby was closed to sit down but they were gracious enough to allow us and a client sit and eat. The burger was delicious and the fries were good. Will definitely visit there again when we are in town

I traveled 60 min from Wenatchee to try out these burgers. Advertised hours are at least to 8:30pm including on the door front. They closed before my arrival time of 7:30 pm. Very disappointed at false advertising and wasting my time.

The worker was really helpful and nice. It was my first time eating at this chain, ever, so naturally I had questions. 🤔 She was super patient and accurately answered each one! (I haven't met many people willing to do that so nicely, especially fast food workers at a super busy time with orders piling up... oops, my bad on my part for being THAT person 🫣) Thankfully, thanks to her guidance, I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and it was delicious. My only complaint would be that the fries were wwaaaayyyy too hot when I got them, but is that really a legitimate gripe?!? I think not...

Left after waiting 5+ minutes, during non peak times, for someone just to take my order. I left because I had a soccer game to get to and if they are this lazy, the order would not have been done for who knows how long.

Stopped for lunch and the staff didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on no one was making orders just go to subway if you want a quick bite to eat on a trip cause this place easily adds an extra HOUR to your trip
