Tacos Chapis is an amazing authentic taco truck right next to the main gas stations in George. I’ve eaten here at least 40-50 times throughout the years and I’ve never once been disappointed. This place is beloved and has a large following for a reason. We as locals are incredibly grateful for places like this. The food here is super super good. They give you very big serving sizes which is great to see. The salsa is also really tasty. They do take quite a while to get the food out to you, but i don’t personally mind that. They’re also friendly people.

Every time we camp in eastern WA, my boyfriend and I eat pretty much all three meals of the day at this food truck. The food is amazing. We’ve had almost everything on the menu at this point and we have nothing negative to say about any of it! Will keep coming back!! It’s a hidden gem and a true highlight of our camping/rock climbing trips out in this area.
