Stopped by the gas station Subway inside Shree's Truck Stop, next to George Sandoval Market, and let’s just say the “sandwich artistry” was more finger painting than fine brushwork. The staff seemed like they were auditioning for a role in Disinterest: The Musical—minimal effort, maximum apathy.
The bread was fine, which is basically Subway’s brand identity at this point. But the vegetables? Hovering somewhere between “fresh” and “folklore.” I swear the lettuce looked like it had tales to tell from the old country.
Not a total disaster, but if you’re within sniffing distance of that taco truck next door, go chase the salsa instead.

If I could post 0 stars I would! I usually am very understanding with businesses and all and am always very truthful when it comes to reviews. This Subway is at a good location right off the freeway and the area is very busy as it is in a gas station with people traveling. I came in at 9:15PM wanting to order a sandwich. First thing is the teen girls who were working were very unprofessional as they were talking as I was waiting to order. Once they finally got to me, I was informed the oven is off. It’s not that it wasn’t working, as it was off because they were cleaning it. Years ago I also worked at subway and it should honestly stay on during business hours and be cleaned when the business is closed or even 5-10 minutes to closing time. It was very unprofessional to only say I can get a cold sandwich when the oven is very much in working order. This is essentially assuming they want to get off right at 10PM when they close. Unfortunately they have a job to do, and if that means staying after closing time to close up the shop, well they did sign up for it.

Came as truck driver. Traveling all over the States, have multiple positive experience, but not at this location. The young lady works fast, but she is spreading tons of mayonnaise and did not even noticed. Fine, I will remove it. I got only 3 veggies. Olives, Lettuce, tomatoes. Asked for more 🍅 🍅 They would do, but for EXTRA MONEY. Pure greediness. I did not ask for pickles, spinach, cucumber, jalapeños, banana pepper. So I could get all of that for same charge, but I didn't. Asked for more tomatoes and have to pay more??? Got also soup. No bags, shall carry outside in my hand. No crackers. No spoon. I do not think this place will last.
The girl was super rude to me and my kid! Needs training in customer service! Ironically she had no name tag. While the girl who did have a name tag was nice! Also definitely overcharged me. Crinkled the receipt up and threw it away without giving it to me. 70$ for 3 stale skimpy sandwiches and 4 3$ snacks is not correct. Chicken bacon warp 15.49 Spicy nacho chicken 15.49 The boss 14.49 $12 in snacks. Charged me 4$ for the sauce the 100% comes with it is even on the picture and we've gotten it at other subways! Also they definitely skimp on sandwich toppings! The bread is stale and hard!

I ordered one 6 inch and one 12 inch sub. I put all the veggies except 1 on the 6 inch and only put 4 veggies out of the 8 to 10 options the give you on the 12 inch. I wanted a little extra of 2 of the veggies I put on and they wanted to charge me extra...crazy...I could have used ALL the veggies and still not had as much as I wanted with extra of 2 of my options. I could understand if I wanted extra of everything but I hardly used any because they didn't look fresh.

They were only offering 2 types of bread even though you should see the other options in the warmer and 2 tykes of cheese. They were very busy, but seemed to not want to take time to restock. Rude service.
