Stopped by the gas station Subway inside Shree's Truck Stop, next to George Sandoval Market, and let’s just say the “sandwich artistry” was more finger painting than fine brushwork. The staff seemed like they were auditioning for a role in Disinterest: The Musical—minimal effort, maximum apathy.
The bread was fine, which is basically Subway’s brand identity at this point. But the vegetables? Hovering somewhere between “fresh” and “folklore.”...

They were only offering 2 types of bread even though you should see the other options in the warmer and 2 tykes of cheese. They were very busy, but seemed to not want to take time to restock. Rude service.
