Exceeded our exceptions. We’ve celebrated our birthdays, wedding engagement, and special occasions with Animarum. If you want your taste buds to dance, come here. Combined with the perfect environment and special cocktails. This is truly a place to make you feel welcome. Thank you for being here! ??

My husband and I have eaten at their speakeasy, and also used them for our cocktail reception for our wedding. These guys are absolutely AMAZING in everything they do. The food, drinks, and service are all fantastic. The chef and owner are wonderful and friendly people who took the utmost care of us all night for our reception, and went above and beyond. The cocktails were fun and yummy, and the food was so delicious and such a hit with our group. We can't recommend Animarum enough for a nice night out or for any intimate get-togethers!

This was the BEST! We such great service and food, I will be a fan for life! Chef Ben is a food wizard and Gabriela makes fantastic (and I mean fantastic) cocktails. I truly cannot wait until I return. Book a tent or just immerse yourself in the speak easy experience. And get the ribs if you do.

I was really excited to try the food here. The menu was really unique and the items sounded good but nothing was well executed. The aqua Fresca was served in a plastic bag which must have leached plastic because it literally tasted like toxic waste and we both threw them away. Kimchi waffle was completely burnt to the point of being inedible and after tasting it I am not sure if kimchi should really go with waffles to begin with now, would rather eat chicken and waffles as a sweet/savory and stick with grandma toast for something more funky. The duck poutine and street corn were admittedly not terrible but the fries were soggy and undercooked and the portion was shockingly small for the price. The corn was just alright. Overall, I think they have a cool concept and I would like to see somewhere in Gig Harbor have really interesting food but it needs to be better quality if it is going to be somewhere I would return.

Just had a lovely private dining experience in a beautiful tent with very attentive server and chef. The food was creative and delightfully yummy and all made in house. The owner was engaging but not intrusive. The Persian meal was perfectly paired with the right drinks. Everything was sublime. Thanks Gabby and Ben!

We’ve eaten here for dinner and decided to try the pop up window experience. We got the poutine and al pastor tacos. Poutine was crispy, tacos were flavorful, our tummies were happy. Everything is made in house and was delicious! The staff were helpful, kind and thorough. We will definitely be back!!

Agree with the other low reviews below. Very shocked they have such high reviews.Went to their pop up menu and was extremely disappointed. The menu looked awesome, they have about 6 things on it. We ordered 3 things and it was $50. The al pastor tacos were beyond disappointing.... they had zero flavor and I'm not sure what kind of tortillas they used but they were awful. We were so hungry after, we ended up at the Thai place across the street.I never mind spending money on good food and this just wasn't cutting it. I ate the tacos so fast just so I could be done with them. It was that bad.
