Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is such a great place with great food that we go here often. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Hey Gig Harbor buddies! Come on down to Applebees in uptown for great service, mouth watering food and unforgettable connections with the servers! I felt so deeply pleasured from my wonderful server Macy ❤️ I was checked up on multiple times and my food came out HOT and ready. I highly recommend that new pasta they got going on. God I’m craving one RIGHT NOW! Always a good time 💋

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is I've been going here years and usually have a wonderful experience, today our server Macie (I believe )seemed so put out to have to serve me , and after waiting 30 minutes for a burger...I asked if there was an issue with the order in which I got an eye roll and a sigh . After going back she came back red faced explaining the kitchen is backed up but we watched multiple people be served whom arrived way after us , after asking if she forgot to put in our order she got combative. It's okay to make mistakes young lady , but you need to work on your costumer service. Or get a job that fits you better. Either way you lost the sale and potentially future sales.

I ordered over $100 of food for curbside Togo for my family on 4/12/25. When I got home my children’s order was missing. I called in and spoke with the manager, he asked if I wanted to come back in to get the food that was missing from my order. I explained to him that I lived 35 mins away, so round trip 1hr+ . I had planned the pick up order to time dinner accordingly. If everyone waited another hour some food items would be soggy. He said he would provide a refund for the missing items and a gift card to my email for the inconvenience. I had to give him my email address three times and apparently he still didn’t understand because I never got the refund or the gift card. It was the same email I used online to order the food. Anyway check your food before you leave, and if the order is wrong don’t expect any customer service just lies.

Myself and some friends came to Applebees Gig Harbor this evening.Tony, our server was inviting and attentive.
I will continue to come back here as long as Tony is working

Great place great people

Food was delicious! The service was excellent despite how busy it was! The atmosphere was great plenty of fresh air from the ventilation system even when the whole restaurant was full of people I was comfortable.

Great waiter! Very helpful! We had very enjoyable time and will definitely be back when in Gig Harbour area

Chicken Alfredo is dry so asked for some additional Alfredo sauce and was charged for it. Appetizer boneless wings 7 for 14.59? Really. Seen the server to take order and to ask about of bill. Won’t be spending time here on the future.

Great place for food..
