It’s funny how I’m often surprised when people greet you coming through the door with a smile. And genuinely seem to be interested and happy to serve you. I love this is happening in this particular store. Also, if you’ve never had Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, I have to say I think it’s probably the best ice cream out there. There’s a reason why it is why it’s got so bigin grocery stores and everything else. But there’s nothing like going in for a scoop with your friends and family. Don’t expect supercheap ice cream, that’s not really what this place is about. But it’s more about the experience and having fun with friends and family. I’m surprised I’ve never been here, I’ve been to the one in San Francisco, which was super fun. This year in Gig Harbor I’m gonna be going more. Thanks.

There was spilled ice cream and done string on the floor when I walked in. I mentioned it to the staff, they acknowledged that I said something and that was it. I ate my ice cream and it still wasnt picked up… the two girls thought it was more important to be on their phones… not impressed!

I am very pleased with the service I received! I have a nut and dairy allergy and expressed that to the workers and they went out of their way to get a new box of gloves, and clean utensils and a blender so there was no worry of cross contamination. I understand there's always a risk when eating out with food allergies but I appreciated the caution that was taken here. I will go out of my way to come here when I'm having a sweet tooth!

Two ice creams cones.....both with a single scoop.....$17 total. Go buy a pint of Ben and Jerry's for $7 and a pack of cones for $3 and get 5 scoops. This place is a total rip off. It's shameful.

Not giving out samples at a ice cream store should be a crime. I mean it's a cost thing so just bake it into the price (can't claim anything else cause _EVERYONE_ else does it). Besides that though who doesn't love Ben and Jerry ice cream!

Save your money and go to Safeway and get Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. I thought it would be much better than the stuff in store but was disappointed. Very overpriced for what you get.

Always a great stop with the family for a treat and celebration. Quality ? and I personally love Change the Whirled and Chunky Monkey. The ?'s outgrowth need a little TLC and facility kept in okay standard.
