I've been coming here for a few years now and decided it's finally time to write a review after visiting today. The staff here is always friendly, the ice cream is always on point, and the shop is always clean. I'm particularly impressed when I come on busy days and the staff remains calm and friendly even when the line is going out the door. My favorite is the cute short one with curly hair. She is always smiling and upbeat. Also love the wood spoons.

6/20/25: First time here and the younger blonde girl was super nice and engaging. However, all their tables were completely dirty and the other tall brunette female employee was wearing pajama bottoms. Just a bad look overall. Great ice cream though!

I ordered a birthday cake from the Gig Harbor location. The clerk opened the box and right away we noticed that the frosting piping around the top of the cake was wavy and a section had slipped off the cake. The clerk said if we wanted it fixed, we would have to wait 20 minutes for her to fix it. We didn't have time to wait so we took the cake.
