It is 830 am and there are zero employees here the place is locked up no signs saying they will be closed today. I already bought my food in the app and now I can't get it. I hate to say it but this happens at this store all the time. Sounds like a management problem.
Third time of giving this place a try and I’ll never go back waited in the drive-through. I’m the only one there for five minutes until I finally leave because nobody took my order. This happens a lot.
Poor staff
Fries were cold and stale. The bun tasted off. No ice in the soda machine. Skip this place.

The Ambrosia corporate office should probably reevaluate it's staffing and those in position of power. To have what looks to be a new MOD and only one other employee with a backéd up drive thru and front counter is ridiculous and unsanitary if the sandwich maker is going between the meat and the grill. During an error that was màde, the MOD couldn't even get someone on the phone in an adequate amount of time.
I love BK but the ones in our area are so poorly operated I will never eat at them again. The quality is not like other restruants I've tried around the area.
Absolutely worst experience I ever had at a burgerking the staff is sloppy and slow and doesn't care about service I literally seen staff take raw burger patties with hands and then go make food STAY AWAYYY!!!!

This Burger King is the worst. They consistently get the orders wrong. We received whoppers with no onions and an incomplete order. They also did not have regular Coke available. When asked about the onions, they said they didn't have any sliced yet. To add insult, they brought a small box of onions to our table after we were done eating. Poor management and poor planning. This Gig Harbor location is consistent with providing bad service. Port Orchard does so much better at providing good customer service.
Thanks Stephanie, the manager, for making my freshly prepared breakfast croissant sandwiches even though I ordered them just after official breakfast hours. The restaurant was bright and newly renovated. Stephanie was professional, friendly, and made sure my breakfast was as fresh as possible. I could not have askef for anything more. What a great start to my weekend!
The man working the drive through was fantastic! Great personality , big smile and the food was excellent!
