Love Carl's Jr. Service and food at this location was good. I wish there were more of them closer to Burien, WA.

I Stopped by this evening for a burger recieved my order fairly quickly. Staff member at the drive thru was pleasant. I opted for a shake to go with my meal. I received a half empty cup with a thin and runny milk shake in it. Pulled to the front of the restaurant and went in after waiting for the uber eats driver to complete his pick up. I was completely ignored by the young woman manning the counter. She was very careful to not make eye contact but eventually the other young woman working the drive thru came over to ask what I needed. I asked for the rest of my shake and was told she would take care of that. This is where I screwed up. I should have tried it right then and there, but I didn't. I said thank you and went back to my car. Before I was able to eat anything I got a phone call so I left for home. Just after crossing the bridge I discovered that the other half of my milkshake was apparently topped off with water. So I received a cup of pink watery slime. If it wasn't for the bridge toll I would have turned around and gone back. So I attempted to call the store but the phone number in google and on the Carl's jr website both dont work. I do plan on returning next time I am in the harbor to express my displeasure. But will never give them my money again!

16 min in drive through, both burgers we received were wrong, so much sauce that the bread was disintegrated, and the phone number to the restaurant is disconnected so I can’t call and speak to the manager for resolution. I paid for a triple burger and received a complete different burger and only a double. No acknowledgment from staff on the nearly 20 min wait in the drive through.

Most recent visit April 23rd, there was a very bad smell throughout the whole restaurant. Staff and employees we're having a good time in the back while the tables were filthy. We both had a very hard time understanding the young lady who took our order. Had to repeat it several times. Very disappointed.

as always, the worst for delivery. I received the order 15 minutes ago. Arrived at the store and the employees did not even start preparing the order.

My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich with the sausage on the side, and they didn't put it in our bag. We didn't realize until after we pulled away. Other than that the food was good and fresh, and service was quick.
Keep in mind this is fast food. Nice place. Great Associates. Pleasant, upbeat, and apologetic. I feel they care. Great shakes! Creative burgers. Our favorite fast food burger joint.

Expect to pay through the nose for your meal. And good luck redeeming any promos. This is more an issue I have with the franchise owner of this location rather than the food itself. I usually order through an app but whenever I see the prices and the inability to use promos I just bounce and go somewhere else. Today tried redeeming the 2 for 10$ discount and it wouldn't let me. Final straw for me. Which is a shame.

There's no reason for the prices to be this high. You might as well go out to eat somewhere nicer since you'll be spending the same. expect to pay $15-$25 per meal here.
