I’ve had chipotle in several states and two countries, most recent order from this location was the worst I’ve ever had. The rice was completely inedible, probably completely uncooked. My burrito was round like a baseball and half the normal size.

There is no way that anybody at this store tastes the food they serve.

To chipotle, I did reach out to you and your automated system is terrible.

I don't think I've ever been disappointed by a Chipotle and this certainly was no exception. What are the big things that separates this from your average taco place is that it doesn't have that fast food ish taste, everything is peak.

Also because you basically instruct the people what to do for making your meal, you can come up with the most unholy creation like I do the sky is the limit. If you haven't eaten at one of these you are missing out big time

We’ve ordered food for pickup through the drive-thru a few times and every time there’s either something missing, something made wrong or something made with very low quality. I don’t normally criticize fast-casual food establishments because I know it’s tough to get every order right, but this is a consistent problem for us at this location and I just feel like people should be forewarned.

This Chipotle tends to always be dirty and the staff is robotic. They put too much cilantro in the corn salsa and the portions are weak of whatever they add to make your order. The outside needs to be power washed. It's gross. I tried sitting outside but it was disgusting.

Based on my experience at this location yesterday (and also my experience when I made a complaint), I will never go into a Chipotle again.

The staff barely acknowledged me, then ignored me as they preferred to continue cleaning their equipment instead of taking orders. This was around 11:20am on July 9, 2025. According to information on their door, they open at 10:45am. So it was early, but they were open. They ignored me though, acting like they were still getting ready to open.

I left after a few minutes. When I filed a complaint through their website, they wanted a receipt or order number so they could look into what happened. I told them in my initial complaint I don't have either of those due to not ordering anything because the staff ignored me.

So I'm done with Chipotle and their crappy service. I'll be sure to take my money elsewhere from now on.

I absolutely adore this Chipotle. I’ve been coming here since it opened and it has some of the friendliest staff and quickest service. Every time I come in I’m warmly greeted and they even remember my order! The cashier with pink hair always strikes up a conversation and is always keeping the dining room extremely clean. Whenever I pick up orders from the drive through, one of the younger blonde girls always gets my order out quickly! The customer service is absolutely top tier and I highly recommend this Chipotle over any in the area.

Hawt Cheetoes

I decided to check out this chipotle because it seemed like a beautiful location. When I got there, the lobby was a mess with food, dishes stacked up behind them, one worker until another one showed up. Besides her helping she just ignored us customers and work on another order but couldn’t acknowledge us. The worst part is, one of the line workers decided to “clean” the line; where they roll your burrito with his gloves and did NOT change them. It grossed me out and I decided to leave. He then proceed to do another other with the same gloves .
Sad thing is the manager working saw this and didn’t even decided to help or make sure everything was clean before going to his break .

I found my self going to chipotle and the cashier had a minor problem, i didnt mind it at all until the manager started to make me uncomftarble by being to rough and intimidating to what was a small mistake made by a nice lady. Please manager, learn to be nicer and treat your employees with empathy because you’re the one who made the mistake by acting that way!

I had a burrito delivered to my hotel room by Doordash. It arrived exactly as pictured with nothing to help me eat it. No fork, no plate, not even a measly napkin! I had to use the bag as a plate, which was impossible. As always with Chipotle food, there was a ton of liquid in it and the whole thing totally fell apart as I was trying to eat it. My hands and clothes were literally covered in burrito by the time I gave up trying to eat the darn thing.
The bottled soda I got was also barely room temp. I spent over $30 on this meal. Not happy.

Hit or miss sometimes they give you a normal amount of food sometimes it’s way under and they always without fail give you a thimbles worth of vinaigrette for the salads and now with the new ranch that cost $.75 they do the same thing so double check that if you actually want your sauce

Let's start this off with some facts, the chipotle in Bremerton sucks and the chipotle in Silverdale is always out of ingredients. This is the only decent Chipotle on the Key and we need to be grateful for it. Have they gotten my order wrong before? Yes. Have the portions been inconsistent? Also yes.

Is it possible to feed yourself for $12 and actually get full if you order a bowl with extra rice and beans? Also yes.
