The last 2 times I've been in I've gotten sour cream on the side. I got charged for queso once and a side the next. Previously when I would order sour cream on my bowl it's no extra. Now it's always extra extra extra. How did I even get charged for queso, probably because the girl just assumed it was and didn't think to ask what it was. (Idk how the hot queso would make it in those little plastic cups) I don't come here often every few months so I don't pay attention to what they ring up until I check my receipt. 1.95 then 1.60 I get is not much but it adds up and idk why I'm even being charged extra. I'm okay with finding a different dinner option.

We ordered 2 bowls, 1 queso and chips, and 2 drinks. My bill came to 56 dollars. We had no idea that adding queso and guacamole to the bowls would raise the price by 5 dollars for each bowl. 7 bucks for 2 drinks is really overpriced. Also, the “bowl” or large queso for 10 bucks and it measures 3/4c. Not worth it.

At these prices, I can go to a Mexican restaurant and get a real bowl of queso. If you’re going to upcharge for items by this amount you should warn people. It’s not very easy when you’re in line and everyone is waiting behind you to order to know what is included and not in your bowl. The food tasted good, but I’ll definitely think of other options in restaurants next time.

My order was incorrect from the drive through. Went back to address it and waited a while. They then gave the wrong order again... This isn't the first time this has happened. It use to be a reliable place to get food on a pinch. I will never return to this Chipotle because of their clear lack of professionalism among the staff. I get it's fast food but at the same time it's not rocket science to make sure the order is correct when given multiple chances to correct it. This place needs a management overhaul.

Never getting a pickup order from here again,they literally didn’t put everything I asked,skipped out on all the salsa. They had me drive around just for me to wait on my order don’t go here

I was gon a give this place a 5 star but they dont serve Adobo ranch like every other store??? Ecspecially for the Quissadilla??Just as I was trying to prove my point to my friends what the one thing Chipotle has an edge on for Qdoba when they prefer Qdoba. What a let down.

Ordered a burrito for pickup today. Literally the saddest burrito I’ve ever gotten in my life:(( . Not only was the burrito not filled even close to being enough (like there was an insane amount of space in my burrito..) but there was a long black hair in it(made it half way through before I noticed I ate hair…🤮) Chipotle burritos used to be my safe food but now it’s safe to say I will never eat here again. Officially traumatized

Don’t do chipotlane at this location. Completely skimped on a burrito bowl. No sour cream, no salsa, like one piece of meat that I paid a premium to have put in it. Chipotle is good but don’t get it from Gig Harbor. Or if you do maybe go inside so you can make sure you’re not getting robbed like I did. Sad thing is I even left a tip.

This location has been absolutely disgusting the last few times we have gone. There is trash everywhere and the whole kitchen area does not look sanitary at all. They need to manage this location alot better. We used to love this location but it has gone down hill. I am surprised the health department is not on top of this location.
