The Gig Harbor Costco staff is refusing to wear and enforce the mask mandate for the state of Washington. Twice I have had the time to discuss it with the general manager, excuses were made “They are on private property not public”, “the outdoor workers are exempt because of strenuous work”, “they are outside and not within 6 feet of anyone.” When the customers see the staff they remove their masks.

I love our Gig Harbor Costco, especially over Tacoma and Puyallup, but people are absolutely freaking out over toilet paper, paper towels etc. and they were out 10 minutes after opening Thursday morning, on top of having the gas lines 3 times normal. Yeah take the Covid 19 serious, but quit freaking out people!

Please make the parking lot non-smoking. Somebody was hanging out in the lot just after dark this afternoon and whatever they were smoking burnt our throats and had us coughing. We had a hard time loading the car. Never smelled second hand smoke that smelled this nasty before with the exception of wafts coming from the local tweaker house.

Has a lot of samples on weekends and well organized. After they upgraded their gas station, it is pretty easy to get gas now.

Much calmer than the Tacoma store. You can get gas as you enter the parking lot and then proceed to the parking area. They have a few different items than the Tacoma store.

My husband and I went to Costco 2/1 to get a few items. My husband gets seizures randomly and felt one coming while we were there. My husband went near the pharmacy for some privacy and I had him sit on the ground so he wouldnt fall and hurt himself. A very nice customer lady and off duty police officer were in the aisle when it started and asked if he was ok. About 30 seconds later, 2 guys that worked for costco came over, asked if he was ok, asked if we needed an ambulance

I have been buying food from the bakery and cafe of multiple Costco's in multiple States over the last decade and have had conversations with the employees specifically regarding how you don't need a membership to buy those items and today at 6 p.m. I was notified very unprofessionally by the attendant Jacob in the exit that I was required to have a membership and could not buy a slice of pizza.
