when I went I ordered and less than 2 minutes it was ready the food was amazing and the person I had was really nice and was just great in general

Gig Harbor crumbl please stop overbaking your cookies.. it is such a turn off… not wanting to go there anymore I came the last two weeks it’s been over baked and crusted on the outside that the cookies were getting flat.. what I love about crumbl is the cookies were fat big and chewy .. gig harbor is just crusty on the outside now and getting flatter so disappointing!

I purchased my first cookie to try. There was a hair baked into it. I sent the location an email requesting a refund, because I chose not to eat it after pulling a hair out and they ignored it. Disappointing and gross.

Soooo tummy

Great experience, quick and clean. There was a rude woman in front of us totally uncalled for… and the staff was super professional and took care of me and my family on my birthday without rolling or batting an eye from the B in front of us! 😊
