I love CP. It's probably my favorite coffee shop in the area. Unfortunately, this one is always understaffed. I've been a handful of times recently, and each time, there is only one barista working with a significant line waiting to order and receive their drinks. The gals are always hard at work, but the wait time is a huge turn-off. I had hoped they would better staff, but I guess I just need to go elsewhere. Such a bummer.

This was my first time having cutters point coffee and I ordered a small mocha. I'm really not too picky when it comes to coffee but this was very strange tasting. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that maybe the barista just messed it up but it was not good. I actually almost dumped it out thats how bad it was. It had a strange flavor that almost tasted and smelled like tomato sauce. Was also really watery tasting. For 6 dollars for the smallest size I was expecting better. I was looking at their pastries and everything looked kind of stale like it had been sitting there for a while. Probably never going to Cutters Point again.

The cookies were great. Chewy and crunchy like any cookie should be. So glad I got it warmed up too. So worth it. And their smoothies are a delight, so creamy and indulgent, especially their lemon bar ones. Their lotus energies are great too. Their other bakery items are great too.

Asked for my croissant toasted and she tossed it in the microwave. The inside was still cold and the whole thing was soggy.

Usually a great place, nicely repeated my order three times, still screwed up an order of one latte, there was no crowd, no hurry. I think her mind was on other things, I tossed it and went to another place.

My latte wasn't the greatest, but it was drinkable, son said the hot chocolate was watery

Crowded, overhyped. Small room. Barista was very unfriendly.
