Usually a great place, nicely repeated my order three times, still screwed up an order of one latte, there was no crowd, no hurry. I think her mind was on other things, I tossed it and went to another place.

This is my favorite Cutter's Point location in Gig Harbor! This is mainly because of the convenient location and the ample seating provided (with lots of outlets to plug in a laptop for working). The staff are also very friendly and drinks come out quickly, even when they're busy. They've also recommended some great drinks for me. I particularly like their chais! The food is great too, nothing fancy, but I do really love their cinnamon rolls and almond croissants.

Used to be great. Miss how it was back then. I've been a loyal customer for years and years and it's just not the same anymore. Prices went up, service went down and the quality just isn't anything that any other coffee shop can do
I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. The staff has gone downhill and so has management. They care more about making it look more esthetic but hire grouchy people and the drinks are nothing like they used to be. Such a bummer. Only reason they get an extra star is for the one gal that is always smiling and seems to bring the only glimmer of happiness to the place. Maybe they changed ownership or something, not sure but probably won’t be back

My husband and I are currently in Cutters Point Coffee Gig Harbor. I ordered breakfast sandwich and blueberry scone. I can feel the unwelcome attitude and they even left the blueberry scone in the microwave. We have to ask foe it. We look latino, but we are asian. Racism is not good. what comes around goes around. We are leaving now.
