Tell people ahead of time that are ordering blizzards that you are have an issue with the blizzard machine not freezing the icecream. We were handed blizzards that were softer than a shake. 5 blizzards to be exact. With out the iconic blizzard flip. I wonder why. Probably because it would ran out of the cup faster than you could realize it was falling out.

At the price of fast food it becomes more important to get the little things right. I went through the drive thru having ordered chili cheese dogs with raw onion and mustard. Four miles away I discovered I had no mustard. Silly complaint, right? But still. My chili dogs disappointed. Maybe it will be better next time - if there is a next time.

The dairy queen team gave me and the customer after me the same order number. Order number 73. Twenty people walked in after I ordered. I notified the staff of the situation as they were serving multiple customer's that paid after me with larger orders. Instead of making my ice cream and shake sending me on my way they then made every other customer's items before serving me mine claiming they were slammed today. My food was done approxi and 10/15 minutes before my shake and blizzard. Seemed to be done out of spite. Not the way to treat someone due to a technical problem on your business's end.

$16 for onion rings, a basic cheeseburger and blizzard? I understand most food in Gig Harbor is overpriced but this takes the cake. Even the very kind lady running the order understood how ridiculous it was.

I’ve only ordered through the window each time I’ve been here. Been coming here for years. Never had a negative experience.
4/8/25- I’ve been thinking about my spending lately, so when I realized I was spending $7 for an ice cream, I was starting to rethink how this purchase was not a good idea.
BUT when I got to the window and the guy working there handed out this glorious blizzard with a smile it was all worth it!
I don’t recall ever getting a smile with my blizzard. AND look at that whipped cream on top! I’m just a kid at heart! That was one of the best experiences there!

These drive through hours are wrong. They don't keep the drive through open an extra hour, it closes at 9. I've used it after 9 recently, not sure if they just changed hours or are kind of making it up
It was great! Dairy Queen always provides the best bacon hamburgers I’ve ever tasted. For a time, they served me when I needed their service the most. Always grateful for their service anywhere.

The staff are super nice every time. The food quality is consistent. The dining room is clean and comfortable with no annoying TVs. Keep everything as it is and we'll keep coming back.

This DQ location is great. The employees are always friendly, the service is always efficient, and the food is always hot and fresh. The desserts are always delicious and perfectly prepared. Can't ask for any better.

When visiting this location, there was only one other car in line. This is what I got for my burger and fries. I also ordered a large fry and 2 blizzards one for me and one for my wife. I didn't get the right blizzard either time and I was missing the large fry and when I asked for it to be fixed I got ignored the first time and attitude the second time. I won't be returning to the Gig Harbor location
