If you’re going to advertise a time, you hold it. 10 minutes, annoying but ok. Anything past is unreasonable w/o some discussion.
I shouldn’t have to pay full price for pickup like this and the team isn’t moving with a purpose.

2 stars on service because forgetting items (2/3rds delivered this time), wrong item, added toppings I don't like, or just delayed.
The owner/boss is good and really tries to make things right, but...it happens often enough it makes me regret tipping. And I'm IN customer service.
I hope their driver enjoys my Root Beer.

Ever hear the phrase First Impression is a lasting impression? This Dominos location exceeds customer service. Every employee had smiles and greeted customers in a prompt manner. The pizzas I ordered were fresh and exactly as I ordered online. When I was leaving the store multiple employees were thanking me and wishing me a good night. Fantastic job to everyone that works at this Dominos. Keep up the amazing job. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I forget how early things close in Gig Harbor, WA. That’s how I ended up going to Domino’s Pizza for the first time in my life. I had no idea they had such a big menu, including regional pizzas, or how cheap they were. I got a medium Pepperoni & Black Olive pizza for $8+. I wasn’t impressed with the crust, but I thought the pizza sauce and the toppings were pretty tasty. Service was excellent too. Now I understand why they are the biggest pizza chain in the world!P.S. My 5 star rating is based on comparing Domino’s to similar businesses, such as Little Caesars and Papa Murphy’s.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free pizza crust.
