Ever hear the phrase First Impression is a lasting impression? This Dominos location exceeds customer service. Every employee had smiles and greeted customers in a prompt manner. The pizzas I ordered were fresh and exactly as I ordered online. When I was leaving the store multiple employees were thanking me and wishing me a good night. Fantastic job to everyone that works at this Dominos. Keep up the amazing job. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Easily the best staffed, friendliest Domino's in a 20 mile radius.
I forget how early things close in Gig Harbor, WA. That’s how I ended up going to Domino’s Pizza for the first time in my life. I had no idea they had such a big menu, including regional pizzas, or how cheap they were. I got a medium Pepperoni & Black Olive pizza for $8+. I wasn’t impressed with the crust, but I thought the pizza sauce and the toppings were pretty tasty. Service was excellent too. Now I understand why they are the biggest pizza chain in the world!P.S. My 5 star rating is based on comparing Domino’s to similar businesses, such as Little Caesars and Papa Murphy’s.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free pizza crust.
Super disappointed with this store and the quality of resolution when there is an error. Ordered a pizza for pick up from the app, two toppings that were paid for were not on the pizza. Called in to request the amount paid for the items be credited to my account to go towards my next order and was placed on hold. Steve then came on the line and I had to explain again why I was calling. He argued with me about what my toppings where and said my last pizza was free. He asked more than once what number I used. I again told him I ordered on the app and my number hasn't changed in 10 years. I told him this was incorrect as I had paid $33 cash yesterday. He laughed and said "I'll give $5 just cause, if thats all you want" I explained that I was a customer that paid for something I didn't receive and that it isn't just cause and that Ionly bothered calling because this wasn't the first time. He then stated I just texted my manager and he'll deal with you. I thanked him for accomplishing nothing and told him I didn't want to go through this again, and hung up.
