Super disappointed with this store and the quality of resolution when there is an error. Ordered a pizza for pick up from the app, two toppings that were paid for were not on the pizza. Called in to request the amount paid for the items be credited to my account to go towards my next order and was placed on hold. Steve then came on the line and I had to explain again why I was calling. He argued with me about what my toppings where and said my last pizza was free. He asked more than once what number I used. I again told him I ordered on the app and my number hasn't changed in 10 years. I told him this was incorrect as I had paid $33 cash yesterday. He laughed and said "I'll give $5 just cause, if thats all you want" I explained that I was a customer that paid for something I didn't receive and that it isn't just cause and that Ionly bothered calling because this wasn't the first time. He then stated I just texted my manager and he'll deal with you. I thanked him for accomplishing nothing and told him I didn't want to go through this again, and hung up.

This was the best dominos pizza I've ever had in my life. Delivered timely and piping hot, late at night when no one else was even open, cooked to perfection. I may have been drinking, but I mean what I said. I was a tourist in Gig Harbor and even after a few meals down by the water, this was the best meal I had on my trip. The pizzas and cinnastix were made with far more love than any I've had in my home area.

We we're staying at an Inn downtown GH on the water wanting delivery for dinner to eat on the dock. We finally found Dominoes that would deliver. Little did we know one large $24 pizza would turn into $40 with a whopping $7 delivery fee, plus tax plus TIP! Yikes, thankfully it tasted good, not as crisp as we requested but still satisfying. Just a bit disappointing knowing we could have eaten at authentic Italian place for much less if just ordering pizza. The price one pays for convenience right?

I ordered delivery for my husband. He said the pizza was surprisingly excellent! Extremely fast delivery. Overpriced for a Dominos pizza with delivery though.

This location has been wonderful for every order. Most of my orders have been carryout, with the occasional delivery. Yes, there has been the occasional carryout "oops" when they say "... it will be another 2 minutes...: they're time predictions have never been wrong. They DO know how long it will be (I promise). They get busy just like you do in your business - and 2 minutes 'is rarely of consequence (my business is Healthcare-fight me). Just know, online ordering methods aren't directly tied to what is actually happening in the store (Google it...find out for yourself) you're only given a "Best Guess" of where your order is in it's journey any based on averages based on System-Wide averages. Essentially, the workers are 'thrown under the bus' when times are off. In my experience, it's rarely the Store's fault.If it is, they make it right.

Terrible. It’s 1221 and they aren’t answering. The closest one that’s actually closer states out of service area and that this store likely closed early. Horrible!
This is by far the BEST Dominos we have ever ordered from. The staff are all friendly and customer focused and the pizzas are outstanding- lots of toppings and great crust!!

We ordered a pizza online, The website took our money. We drove to get the pizza. They said that they closed for pick up 2 hours prior. We left with no pizza. They were still delivering tho?

The Pizza was good, but the didn't give me all what I ordered and wouldn't deliver the rest of the order. It normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but missing part of the order has happen several times at this location.

I have been ordering pizza from Dominos for years and absolutely love their pizza, but the Dominos in Gig Harbor (off of Point Fosdick Dr.) makes the best pizza's you can get. Especially at the price. I generally use the coupon deals and never pay more than $10 for each pizza. Absolutely love this place!
