I go to the place almost everyday and honestly it’s hit or miss on what you’ll get. I’ve been charged $2.00 for extra protein and $1.50 for the same exact amount. I’m extra frustrated today because they made me the ring sized smoothie and to fix it she just added more ice to the drink which felt like a slap in the face especially being that I get them for the protein which I told her and when I said the other one had more protein they said it didn’t which the board clearly says it does. And I mentioned that she said the other had more peanut butter in it…ok so you add extra ice blended it and tossed it into a bigger cup. It was very busy at the time 12:10 Friday. I do understand that but honestly what a horrible way to show customer appreciation. I literally go here everyday and to do that felt disrespectful. I’ll just start going to the one in Tacoma before I go to work rather than deal with the the inconsistency’s. I’ve had other issues here outside of being charged all over the place. They also never ask for your number. Now I’m just drinking a watered down smoothie great.

You guys really should have more than 1 person working at 3pm on a Saturday....

I decided to try this place when I was about to go home because I was just wanting a smoothie and upon looking on their menu, they had a regular smoothie with just strawberries, bananas, and milk with ice! I tried it and it was SO good. I just like plain smoothies so I was very happy. I will be making my own too, but it's nice when you're out and want one.

Açaí bowl was super disappointing. The açaí was liquidy and not frozen, and yet the berries on top were all frozen solid. I don’t even mind that they don’t use fresh fruit, but straight out of the freezer without thawing is wild.

I’ve gotten the chocolate builder shake like 10 times now and every time I get one it is a completely different product. Sometimes it’s awesome and other times it has zero flavor. Like I’m drinking ice cubes blended with a banana. Please improve on the consistency! These products should have standard recipes so the product is the same every time.

Wasn’t filled up all the way or fully blended.

One older lady with the brown hair is super nice!! And the younger girls are always very sweet to me.

But the other older women who work here are just horrible! They don’t really chat with me, or even really serve me. It’s astounding, the way they act.

I’ve even had one treat me like some grifter or scammer. I had to stop coming in altogether; no way am I spending my hard-earned money here!

The sad part is, I had just had dental surgery, and just wanted soft, nourishing food that I could actually eat :( Typical middle-aged gig harbor women with supercilious attitudes.

Jesus wept.

I love this place and NEVER post reviews but my last 3 experiences have been horrible… young girls that don’t seem to care at all about the customer and the shakes have been so thick that I can’t even drink them … tons of ice … know the owners have to expect more … they need to really watch who they hire or their business is going to go down hill … love the protein shakes but may have to start making my own at home

Tasty, allergy-friendly smoothies, and a clean place with friendly and professional staff. Needed a place to kill time before an appointment and this place was great.

The girls at this location are very snooty and slightly rude. Smoothies are good. They follow the recipe.
Other wise it’s a real turnoff. Stopped going.
