We just got the Bianca for take out and it was delicious. A little pricey for a smaller pizza, but it is high quality, excellent flavor and crust texture was on point. Great spot for families or a date night.

It was very disappointing overall. From being laughed at by one of the hosts because we didn't understand how the ordering system works, to waiting 30 minutes for a salad and a pizza. The salad had no dressing and the pizza came out cold without any cheese. We don't go out to dinner often and I am so sorry. We wasted our dinner budget on this restaurant.

We love your food - salads, paninis, pizza - everything and a great lunch special! Thank you

1/28/2026 Update on Proctor, terrible service and I need to go home and finish cooking the pizza. Disappointing 😞

I got the pepperoni pizza and it was oily, sloppy, really floppy and had a strange smell.

The only part I did enjoy was the crust.

The service was top tier though.

Sparse toppings, over salted (sign of stimulating taste), over priced, and I won’t go back.

Worst pizza in town. Sparse condiments, and way too salty. Ordered sausage/onion and had 8 miniscule slices of sausage, on a mostly dough production. Overall,,,,awful to ripoff.

My friend and I love splitting a salad and a flatbread - with the added fresh mozzarella which goes GREAT with the fresh tomato. But I don't love the pizzas.
Beer selection is good, and I appreciate that they have a great pilsner (not just IPAs).
The outdoor seating is nice, but indoors they often have everyone crammed into only half the space, while the other is closed off and sits empty. Makes it seem like they really care about making customers feel comfortable.

Only thing is they got no nutrition information like the number of calories per meal. But good food and price

The Mushroom Cannelloni description in their menu does not advertise the fact that the order of this I received contained a significant quantity of onions, which I hate and which upset my stomach. If they are going to include significant additions in a dish, they could at least this in their menu!

Hmm, where to start... Fondi's pizzas are so ridiculously good that we're pretty sure they're the reason we still live in Washington - their signature crispy wood-fired pizzas are literally the best thing since sliced bread. Next up, their pizza rolls are so divine that we've considered starting a petition to make them mandatory at every social gathering - pro tip, dip them in Fondi's homemade gorgonzola dressing and thank us later. Even the three-year-old pizza hater in our lives can't get enough of Fondi's pizza rolls - we're talking half a plate devoured in one sitting, no joke. And don't even get us started on their salads - they're so fresh that we're pretty sure they have a secret garden hidden behind the restaurant. We've tried every single salad on the menu and can't pick just one favorite, but if we had to choose, it'd be a toss-up between the Insulata di mele with its fennel-candied walnuts and the classic Caesar's forum, which is so good that even the kids will want to eat it. And then there's the flatbread, which we order crispy with fresh mozzarella, white bean dip, and pomodoro spread - it's basically the perfect food. Oh, and did we mention dessert? The Burnt Creme, aka Creme Brulee, is the perfect way to cap off your meal, but let's be real, we usually end up ordering the Affogato too because, well, espresso and ice cream.

Hmm, where to start... They have the best pizzas with their signature crispy wood-fired pizzas, and we aren't kidding that they are our absolute favorite pizzas in all of Washington. Next on the list are their pizza rolls. We've had good pizza rolls, but never pizza rolls like Fondi's. Pro tip: If you really want your pizza rolls to be epic, you have to dip them in Fondi's homemade gorgonzola dressing. Trust us. We even know a three-year-old who isn't a fan of pizza (yeah, we think it's crazy too), but he will devour half a plate of Fondi's pizza rolls... Their salads are the freshest salads around; you'd think they were a strictly salad restaurant with how amazing these salads are. We've tried every single salad on the menu, and if we had to pick our favorite, maybe the Insulata di mele with its fennel-candied walnuts, but then we'd feel bad for forgetting their classic Caesar's forum, which is a Caesar salad even your kids will want to eat! We may have saved the best for last, because Fondi's flatbread, which we order crispy with the fresh mozzarella, white bean dip (kind of like hummus if we had to compare it to something more well known), and their pomodoro spread (a really fresh marinara-type dip). We almost forgot our favorite dessert! The Burnt Creme, aka Creme Brulee, is incredible; it's really the best way to finish your meal, but we sometimes order the Affogato as well, it's espresso over ice cream, and it's delicious!

Weird ordering system where you order before you sit down and have to go wait in line to add anything to your order. Tables were all dirty. Service was slow to start but overall friendly. Pizza was OK at best. Dipping sauce for pepperoni roles just tasted like raw canned tomatoes.

We waited 25 minutes for food, the server never checked on us, had to get my own refill, waited over 10 minutes without the check. Manager unapologetic. Worst service in the years that we have been coming here.
