Happy at the bay is my favorite teriyaki place in the harbor! Great fast service and staff is great. Chicken is always moist and fired rice is on point!

Wow ! This place is so delicious and the portions are large . This was our first time eating lunch here the staff was super friendly service was fast . Best Crab Rangoon's I've had . I got the Chicken Wok with veggies . I will definitely be back !

Love this restaurant! The new owner is so lovely! She's attentive, friendly and kind. The food is great! I usually have a special order and they are very fast and everything is as I asked. She has cleaned up the dining area and moved things around making the room inviting and nice. She had fresh roses out too for the tables. Come see for yourself!

Was hesitant to try this place again after the previous owners...just terrible! I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, friendly attitude and amazing delicious food!! The teriyaki sauce was so good...we had chicken teriyaki, Kung pao chicken, beef teriyaki, and katsu chicken. All were excellent!!

Lady was suuuuper friendly when I came in. She mentioned it was be management and so far they’ve been crushing it. Food came out pretty quick and tasted really good as well. My new go to spot for the area.

Not a very good menu selection since new ownership and prices went way way higher.
I am so Happy that the new owners understand amazing quality and great customer service.The old owners were extremely rude, food was greasy. The smell was overwhelming of uncleanness prior. Extremely clean and very pleasant now. I ordered the CB16- also known as Fried Chicken Bento Box. I was very much satisfied. The Soup and Hot Green Tea was a beautiful compliment with the meal. So yes I highly recommend Happy at The Bay. I've included a few pictures.

I have gotten take-out from here several times over the past few years after work. The food is fresh and service is quick. It looks like they recently remodeled. I like the chicken yakisoba or teriyaki chicken.
