Wonderful spirits selection and very knowledgeable and friendly staff

I visited yesterday with family visiting from New Zealand and was really excited to introduce them to Heritage. Shortly after ordering our drinks from a waitress who we had to flag down, we realized there was no one even at the bar making beverages. The only other person we saw was a man at the register. We waited fifteen minutes and never saw anyone at the bar making drinks. We decided to leave and told the waitress to cancel our order. Her response was “I don’t blame you.” A very weird experience which makes me hesitant to come back anytime soon. I’m extremely disappointed and hope it was just a bad day.

My wife and I wanted to take grandma out for a good drink and walked into this place, we experienced a great and friendly service from the staff, Thomas was very attentive and suggested delicious cocktails, checked in on us several times and made us feel welcome.
Highly recommended!

Very friendly baristas and a great atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the outdoor-facing window seating, and I highly recommend the Silver Lining cocktail!

My friend and I did a pop up in the neighboring park and were excited all day (8-4) to come and have a cocktail after our day. We parked infront even though it was hard to haul our stuff up the incline. We’d never been there before. We waked in and stood up front for about 5 minutes with no greeting we finally asked another customer if we seat ourselves the answer was yes so we did. There were exactly 6 tables who were already served and i counted 4 employees. I was able to look over the menu use the restroom chat with my friend (15-20 mins) and we still didn’t even have anyone come greet us. We asked a neighboring table if we are to order up front they said they usually come to you. After waiting another few minutes we just decided to leave and go to the hy iu. Idk if it was because we were poc or maybe we didn’t look like their demographic, or maybe just untrained staff (from what we saw ALL of the staff were just huddled talking to each other) but it was disappointing. I really was wanting to try the lemon drop flight. Customer service was definitely lacking

Heritage Distilling Company is the provider of I would say, some of the best vodka on the west coast. Next time you’re passing by Gig Harbor, stop on in and pick up a selection of your locally distilled spirits. Some of my favorites of theirs have to be the Lavender vodka, coconut vodka, and vanilla vodka. They also have unique flavors like Ghost Pepper and Blood Orange vodkas. Don’t sleep on their whiskies and darker colored liquors as well. The staff are friendly and are always providing seasonal flavors.

The service was so crappy that I didn’t even get a drink. I stood at the counter and waited and was not acknowledged and finally was told by another customer that they take your order at your table. Sat for a while then was informed to go back up to the bar to order. The bartender was super aloof and rude. I ended up leaving before ordering.

10/10!! Love their diverse selection of cocktails!

Great spot in Gig Harbor. Good atmosphere and the staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The four bourbons we tried were delicious.
