Best kept secret in Gig Harbor. Authentic food, owned by an Italian guy and his wife. He sings loudly in Italian, and the atmosphere is like being in someone’s home. It’s not fancy, but it feels authentic, to use that word again. Chicken parm is great, so is eggplant parm. The service is fast and they’re so friendly. We love going here. Wish there was more parking, but that can’t be helped.

Old Italian restaurant with broad menu, good prices. Wine was also priced great. Service was good. Decor is meant to be kitchy but seems a bit tired. Otherwise, a nice meal.

My family went here today. We arrived were seated promptly. The waitress was fairly helpful at times and checked on us. When it came time to pay the bill we waited around 5 minutes for the check to get to us and not kidding, 15 minutes for them to pick it up to process and another 5 for them to process. My family had been waiting in the car and were wondering if I had gotten lost or something.
Ceasar salad was really good but $5/ ravioli was pretty painful to accept.

Been going here for many years...tonite was not a pleasant experience. We ordered a meaty pizza and two entrees. We expected to only eat a slice of the pizza as an appetizer and take the rest home. The pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. Best meaty pizza around!!
The entrees took atleast another 40-45 mins. Other patrons came and went all around us...Our waitress was hiding in the back. Never checked on us, no explanations for the delay, no refills, nothing ... we finally had enough with waiting and we were ready to pay fir the pizza and leave when she comes out with the food. Still no explanation ....The plates were poorly presented, the eggplant parm was luke warm and not thoroughly cooked.
This was one of our worst experiences with a restaurant. We won't be going back for a while....

Yesterday was our first time here, it was amazing!! I had the mixed plate with the Aurora sauce, not expecting to finish it, but it was so good I finished it all! My friend had the pork chops and they were really beautifully plated and looked wonderful.

I can't wait to go back!

I had a strange experience with the owner here that really ruined my evening. I ordered two meals and two to-go boxes in order to bring home leftovers to my Airbnb. The owner came out and told me she wanted to see the person that ordered so much food. She continued basically to shame me for ordering two dishes and laugh about it in front of the other customers. It felt horrible and it made my trip less enjoyable. This happened about 3 years ago but has stuck with me so I thought I would finally write about it.
