Amazing food and staff! Left my IPhone on the counter after getting food (was obviously excited to eat 🤣) almost 2 hours later I realize I don’t have my phone and the store found it and kept it safe! Thank you so much for having a genuine honest staff!!

I've always been a lover of subway. I'm 60 yrs old and finally walked into a Jersey Mike's and I can't believe how amazing it was. The bread alone is great and is like a fresh baked NY hoggie roll. The service was friendly and professional, and the turkey provolone was the best that I have ever had. Looks like they have another customer for life.

Went to Jersey Mikes for the first time. Spoke with a professional named Luke. He provided me with information with questions I asked about the business he currently worked for. I ordered food, picked it up, he called me by my first name like he knew me and lastly when I went back to my office, the food was delicious. Thanks Luke, your going far in life young man.

Oh my oh my, this amazing worker named Quade Wyatt was just so amazing. He was so kind, sweet, and very welcoming. He made me feel at home, a feeling I haven’t got in a long time. He is an amazing worker with an amazing charming face. EVERYONE should come here just to see this amazing man. Hearts and kisses. Thank you for the amazing experience

Their communication and listening skills are lacking, maybe because the music is so loud all the time. I watched them mess up on someone's order, and they didn't offer to fix it they just stared at the person until he said he would just take it. Also, their bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if the toilet hadn't been cleaned in weeks. If I had washed my hands before ordering, I would've walked out. I can only imagine what else hasn't been cleaned recently.

This place almost never makes the club sandwich right!! They ALWAYS forget the bacon!! I'm so sick of it! The sandwich is terrible without it!! The Italian, they forgot so many things. I can't eat either sandwich. Sadly, this is all I wanted for Mother's Day!! Thanks for ruining sandwiches again in Gig Harbor! I don't know why I try to go here anymore!

Slooooow service. They go as fast as they can but stay away if you don't have 40 minutes to wait during the busy lunch rush.

The sandwiches here are the best!! Everything tastes fresh. Mike's way is the way to go!
