Their communication and listening skills are lacking, maybe because the music is so loud all the time. I watched them mess up on someone's order, and they didn't offer to fix it they just stared at the person until he said he would just take it. Also, their bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if the toilet hadn't been cleaned in weeks. If I had washed my hands before ordering, I would've walked out. I can only imagine what else hasn't been...

Subs are good. Problem is the way the process is worked. Takes 30 to 40 minutes to make a grilled sandwich even with no one waiting. Everyone there looks to be high school age, and no qualified manager.
I watched the grill cook, pull off making for 2 sandwiches, while no other meat was put down. Perhaps this should be taught, it would shorten wait times between orders..
