The whole crew working today at about 3:30pm were amazing I accidentally placed my catering order for pickup tomorrow and they hooked me up and got it done for me today they deserve all the accolades!!

Very friendly personnel; clean place, nothing wrong for us with the location. Ordered the #12 which is a favorite. I cannot eat mayo or ranch so I paid for extra avocado sauce on the sandwich then avocado sauce on the side. Now, the sandwich was beautifully built but when we arrived home 30 miles away i found one half had a small amount of avocado sauce; the other had none. And whereas other JJ’s 0put on plenty of sauce and filled the avocado sauce container this one had 1/2 filled. Basically it was a dry sandwich for me. I was pretty irked as I rarely can eat out and have food additive problems. So our money did not get me what was ordered even though i did the order exactly right online. I called though and the young person on the other end was very kind. Next time i will watch how anyone builds my sandwich.

Just visited your Gig Harbor location. Horrible Jimmy John’s location. Never was acknowledged or greeted in any way. The was not busy at all; one customer? My family and I walked out. Isn’t the slogan “That was fast!”?. We normally love the food and experience but we won’t be back to that location again.

The parking is horrible, but convenient location to the freeway. Great, friendly staff. The food is fresh and delicious. The two ladies running things did a great job of managing in-storecand online customers. Both were knowledgeable of the menu and very patient with indecisive customers. The store was clean. There is only one working restroom, though.

So decided to try Jimmy John's sandwiches today for the very first time. I've seen their commercials and I've always been a big Subway guy but thought what the heck, why not?
I got a tuna sandwich, it didn't come on a sub roll, which I was baffled about just wheat bread?!
To say that the sandwich was made without any TLC would be a massive understatement, just thrown together, very wet dripping everywhere, dripping tuna sandwiches?! not a really good thing.
I waited in the car for my wife to get the sandwiches but decided to use the restroom at the last minute, so I was going back in and she was coming out and just casually mentioned as I had asked her for salt and pepper that they didn't have salt and pepper, no big deal.
I opened the door and walked in and the two young ladies at the counter were very friendly and very polite and nice greeting me warmly as I walked through the door. I just casually asked as I passed the counter on my way to the bathroom, you guys don't have salt and pepper? The guy behind the counter said in his loudest baritone voice, "no we don't!", "If you want options like that you need to go to Subway!" What the?!
That is a Verbatim quote, so here's a guy working behind the counter of Jimmy John's telling me not to go to Jimmy John's but to Subway?!
So, I'm gonna take his advice, Subway is right around the corner and the next time I will go to Subway as I've always done and I will avoid Jimmy John's, and I guess I'll make that permanent. Good job David!

I came in with a big order yesterday & the two closers on shift 6/6/24. Were AMAZING & So kind ❤️ They both deserve raises! Or, to be tipped well. ? And, To the both them, I say, "Thank-You!"

It took 45 minutes to deliver literally 3 minutes away. Called after a half hour to check they received the order, the person on the other side of the phone was rude. Then, when the order was dropped off, the driver didn't even check in. Guess they didn't want a tip? Overall, not freaky fast and terrible service. At least the order was correct.
Always a great place to buy good sandwiches.
